Sarah lynne Chouinard: I had nothing but the worst experience ever with this company they don't tell you when you buy parts through their company Empire that if you buy them there's absolutely no returns until after you already purchased the item so now I'm stuck with parts that have been in boxes in my spare bedroom and there's no way to return them or get my money back when I didn't even need them in the first place and if I knew about that return policy I would have never purchase the parts to begin with so they scam you into keeping your money that's an awful way to do business and I will never go back or ever recommend them

Mike Martin: I had a few good experiences, but then I told them I need a door, they brought a door with no inside. Meaning the buttons, door handle, it was just a shell. They are a gamble to deal with
Howard Johnson: I am building a kit car and need Subaru parts from time to time. I ask for obscure, usually inexpensive parts. John is always patient and helpful to me. He is a whiz on the computer, locates the part and calls me right away when he has it up front. I won’t go anywhere else for used parts.
Lady Luck: I had the worse experience they toom there time to even take care of me no good coustmer service what so ever everyone was standing there not speaking but they tell me they dont sell electrical but then would not let me return apart that i bought litterly the day before the take half ur money its a big ripp off they dont work with you juss stealing from you with there polices juss cause they can . Its sad . They need to do some adjusting when it comes to business !!!! Be very cautious when dealing with them.

Shawn Summers: I took an industrial lead battery , the casing is steel and the top is plastic , the owner told me to get educated and attempted to pay .12 a pound . Earlier in the day I was quoted .30 a pound . The owner was so kind to tell me I could take my 2000lbs battery back , he wasn’t expecting that I would . I took it to Kane scrap in Chicopee where they didn’t bat an eye at the plastic on the top that weighs 6 lbs or think about the steel casing …. They paid .24 lbs . Be aware , this guy will take advantage .
Jay Benoit: Nice people, super easy, fair prices for metal. We had to get rid of an above ground pool. First time there so wasn't sure what to expect. Driving up it was a little intimidating with 18 wheelers all over the place but the office staff couldn't be nicer. Ride up on the scale, get weighed, yard staff shows you where to go, unload, get weighed on the way out of the yard and collect a check. Bing, bang, boom, done!
Amy Roy (Angelmae): Excellent service as always. Friendly staff that answers any questions. They get you in and out so not a long wait.
Joel Barnes: Giving you about 1.50lb for clean and bright copper. Went somewhere else and got 3.00lb.
Art Barley: Very rude and didn’t pay me for everything I brought in. When I went to cash out they refused to pay for my cans and would not let me get them back. These people are crooks.

Lotus Rooth: Had found what I was looking for brought it to the front desk. Lady Senior(white hair with glasses) gave me a price told her I'll be right back in a second the moneys in the car once I returned they then increase the price because both employees working behind desk has their own opinion on prices. Another time I had Spoke to the boss over the phone Came to an agreement after explaining carefully . When I showed up the boss wasn't there they then Had a different opinion didn't follow through with their agreement on a Exchange for more working/Better part.

Ramon Toro: They don’t compression test their engines was guaranteed a good running engine paid $550 for junk when confronted about it they didn’t want to do anything about it even though their own mechanic installed it for me. Completely unprofessional!!!!
Yoma Nodrog: It's an okay place to go to, however it is a hit and miss. You have to look for the specific vehicle to find a specific part(s). The sad part about the search is actually finding what you need and if they are good enough to actually work.Something to keep in mind: all the cars are outside throughout all the seasons so a little rust here and there is expected.Good luck on your search!
