Patel Gaurav: I own gas station in Springfield. Today I made a complaint about the couple kids, they came to the store and the stealing the things, throw the things around inside the store. So I called the cops about the making the report. Office batch number 307 , farriro something like that , don't tell me proper name , came to store told me he can't do anything or trashpassing kids from store . I told him to advice or let their parents know about it. So they can't come to store again.Instead of telling kids about it, he told me that he can't do anything. He is rude . If people like him work for police department. Springfield is not safe for business and living for it .I gave free gas to cops and healthcare workers 2 years ago on momerial day , try to help our heros .But I made my big mistake for gave free gas this kind of office.Really disappointed with this service.

If you are looking for a Constable, Police Officers do not have the power to serve civil process. They get their powers (as above) from Constables, yet only half of them, our Criminal Powers. They possess NO powers to effect Civil Process, Arrests, Levies, Attachments, etc.. Nor will you find them knowledgable regarding same. Excellant in their field of service, yet not that of a Constable.

Drove 6 hours to see if I could talk to someone the front seat darker skin tone lady just gave me a number with missing digits expecting me to know the rest after checking my license seeing that I wasn’t from the state. Overall every body else was very helpful. Det Ho Sang is great. Major Crime people are awesome. Thank you guys. I would’ve gave 5 Star but the front desk is the face of the great establishment. Clarence Kaye: Second time in 5 years I went here for jury duty. They say they respect your time, but this is the second time now we sit around all day and nothing happens. No communication, and your left to wonder how the system even operates this way . No wonder it takes years for anything to happen .

The entire Legal Infrastructure is flawed to the MAXIMUM extent.On this occasion I will direct my attention to the 24hr Menstrual Cycle with legs who goes by the mame of Jessica from the Court Service Center accross from the main Elevator.She was rude, had a very poor attitude, and is by all obvious intentions and projected body language RACIST.I sat at the computer and watched how at 10:30 am she was dismissing black citizens who needed assistance filling out forms, which is what she gets paid to do, turn them away telling them to come back at 2:00pm. Shortly after at 11:00am a bailiff walks in with a white gentleman in his mid 50s. He says “hey Jess this is a buddy of mine” he needs help filling out some forms for child support!While the black folks who were in the hallway wating for the next 3hrs, she lets the man in placing him at the front of the line as a favor to the bailiff. She thought no one noticed but I did!As for me I had to do everything for myself because after I told her she didn’t know how to do her job! Shortly after her incompetent intern misinformed me on what my next steps were for a small claim, she said she was “done with me”....So I asked her for her supervisors number. Someone who she says goes by the name Karen! She then proceeds to give me said number on a post it note and when I called it guess who picked up? Jessica. She said she would fwd me to Karens voicemail but hung up on me instead! SHE DESERVES TO BE FIRED

Needless to say the got a 1 star ⭐️ after leaving me in the court room from 830-4. There is a clear lack of professionalism/communication. I expect more from Springfield and hope you guys get your act together!

Daniele L: Most staff is very helpful.BUT, my favorite part of having to conduct business here is when you go through security at the front door. There are a couple of 🎶singing🎶 security guards who are pretty cheerful, and that cheer is pretty contagious.

J.: I feel that everyone here does thier best to uphold both the letter and spirit of the law. From a layman's perspective, I see many hard working people in varying positions, who, like many of us, love what they do, and do it for the right reasons.
