However, after just picking my dog up (after ONE night) I discovered that she was limping and that her paws were completely raw and bleeding. The owner failed to mention or dare I even say notice.This is 100% unacceptable. I know dogs will be dogs but there should be steps in place to make sure the animals aren’t hurting themselves while in the care of Jordan Kennels. Needless to say I will never be using their services again. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. There are other places that will be safer and cleaner for your fur baby.

Lily Ionata: If I could leave zero stars I would. I left my cat there for 11 days. When I picked him up, the staff was very hesitant and weird about letting me see him. When I went into the room where he was staying, he was placed in the wrong carrier. His BRAND NEW carrier was FILTHY, and the bottom detachable portion of it was missing completely. His full bad of treats that I sent with him, along with brand new toy, was also missing. (I understand if all the treats were used up, but was told they weren't). When I inquired about to the whereabouts of his things, I was told several times over the course of 3 days that it was nowhere to be found, and that I "just have to understand that things get sent home with the wrong cat and go missing". I am blown away by the unprofessionalism I was shown, and for the lack of follow up. I asked that the owner contact me, and was told that he would be made away of the situation. I have not heard from him, and it's been almost a month. I cannot strongly dissuade people from trusting these people with your pets enough.

I am able to bring my own bed and also my dogs own food so they don’t get an upset stomach. They have plenty of space in their enclosure and have access to the outdoors. I love that they each have their own outdoor space. The place is very clean and they make sure they are always provided with water. I would recommend this place to anyone. Whenever my dogs get bath they always come out squeaky clean and smelling good. I also love the web cam access so I can always see what my dogs are up to. We will be back again before December is over.......Bentley got his first haircut at Porter Road Pet Care today. He was met by the groomer when we got there and spent about 2 hours and fifteen minutes getting all cleaned up. He came out with his groomer and was as happy as a dog could be. From his looks, he had a great time. He looks great. The experience was great for me as well and he is already booked for his next grooming service.The workers from those at the desk to those working behind the scenes were polite and wonderful to meet. Their price was a little over our budget but then we signed a contract which to me was fair for both parties after which we made the payment for the puppy. A lil scared and furious after doing that since the puppy then delayed by one day but that was accounted for but believe me now that the puppy has arrived it was worth it, such beautiful genes. Casey Marowski: Paid deposit then story started to change. Went from 5pm to 830pm. First I was going to be brought contract with puppy then it was going to be emailed. Never received. I had to remind them what about contract and story changed to dog coming in delivery service and contract will be with the dog. Then you get the promise of a tracking number of which is a fake site (that they run) with no working number.contacted him and said i cant get in contact with anyone from delivery service and they me told not to call but email only. Then still promises the dogs is still coming. And then an hour from delivery (8:30) and now it's on hold cause I need to pay a 200$ "refundable" fee that was never ever talked about. On insurance that the (non-existing) pup gets to me safely. But pups been traveling for hours already right??? Right before it gets to me all of a sudden there is a fee. But company's saying he should have paid that fee so I can't get dog until he pays it. But he won't pay it. He's trying to make me pay it but they said it is bill of sender not receiver. That how that get out of giving you puppy.Point of story no dog came and they aren't real. 100% a scam.

Tessa Castonguay: This guy is a scammer. He lied about the age of the puppy he was trying to sell. A day before I was set to pick up the dog he told me I needed to split half of a vet bill which was a fraud invoice. The phone number and clinic did not exist. He would not talk to me via phone. Nor would he provide a legit address for pickup. This address on google is for a medical center. He would not give me back my deposit and said I broke the contract by not paying for the vet bills. He never physically or electronically signed our contract. Contract was not valid to begin with and he listed the puppy to be born 10/25 however his Facebook page said they were 2 weeks old on 10/15.Please stay away unless you want to be out a deposit! My family is heart broken over this.I hate that people can do this!

Chisato Kimura: My review was deleted unfortunately I believe by the owner so I’ll write this again as a warning for anyone else looking to board here.My puppy stayed here for about five days and when he came home, he was covered in pee and had scratches on his belly. He was supposed to receive a bath before coming home but it was clear he had not. The staff also apparently did not notice or care about the multiple gashes on his belly as they didn’t inform me about anything when I asked how his stay was. When I called after realizing he was filthy and injured, I was told they would investigate and call me back. They never called back so I had to call again, and when I asked for a refund for the bath he never received, I was initially refused and then promised a check. That check never came.I’m appalled that my dog came back to me with scratches and that the staff didn’t even notice. That’s the kind of attention and care the dogs get there, so I would absolutely not recommend this place. I’m never taking my dog back and I would give this 0 stars if I could. I would also recommend you go read their yelp reviews about other dogs who have been injured and have died here.

They do not even know what is written on their own website, and do not let you know that everything is an additional charge. They are using COVID to NOT honor any of the discounts detailed on their website. The limited pick up and drop off hours is another way they have fixed to charge an additional day charge plus an extra $100,00 after hours fee, which is listed as only $50.00 on their website. The owner is not aware that there was never any contract or detailed information sent or provided to us. The listed charge of $30/day is completely misleading, unless you want your pet locked in a tiny cage 24hrs/day. This is a perfect example of if it sounds to good to be true it probably (and in this case) is. Highly recommend NO ONE TAKE YOUR BEST FRIEND TO THIS KENNEL!This was not a case of failing to meet our expectations. My wife called and spoke with someone and was told it was $30/day and that the two days, Friday the 16th to Sunday the 18h were available. She was given no information regarding fees for late drop off or early pickup. Therefore we were shocked when we arrived at 2:15 on Friday and were told that we had to pay $100 or come back at 4:00PM. We could not return at 4:00PM and this was made abundantly clear to Lyndsey. We were held hostage because it was impossible for us to return at 4:00PM. After a conversation with Lyndsey she indicated she would think about waiving the fee. We subsequently learned through viewing the website, which we did not see prior to arrival that the late fee was in fact only $50.00. So the accommodation that was allegedly made reducing to $50 was not an accommodation at all. Additionally my wife was never informed that there would be a fee for walking the dog. In fact she was asked if she wanted the dog socialized with the other dogs or walked. She was also asked whether the dog should be bathed before being picked up. There was never any mention of any additional charge for any of these services. The video on the website, which we subsequently viewed indicates clearly that these services along with a bath are in fact included. In the subsequent viewing of the website there is a list of discounts to be applied which included a senior citizen discount. When questioned about this we were told that because of COVID, no discounts are valid. When we arrived on Friday we were told that all of the pertinent information regarding fees and hours was on the website. My wife was never given information about any website and only learned of it when we arrived at the kennel on Friday. It seems that the owners pick and choose what information suits their purposes. How does the initial amount of $60 jump to $197 for a two night stay? It is unfortunate that this business feels it has to gouge first and last time customers. If this business needs to charge higher prices they should be upfront about it. No one should have to pay extra to have your dog walked. AND OUR DOG NOW HAS KENNEL COUGH EVEN THOUGH HE WAS VACCINATED. SO MUCH FOR THEIR CLEAN CAGES!Sent from my iPad

She goes to day care twice a week- and also always stays their while we are on vacation (She was just "vacationing" @ Camelot from 7/9-7/18) She always comes back clean, healthy and happy!
