Sharon Mills: We went through the drive through a couple of days ago, and the man would not talk or even answer our question nothing. Did not get my drink, and every time we go there, they never have salt. Today, i got a chicken sandwiche but realize staff is not very helpful or friendly, actually very rude. J G: Absolute worst customer service forgot an entire meal on an 80$ order. Went back to pick it up after calling and they tried to charge me! Asked for the manager and the manager tried to charge me. Didn't give any of my sauces. Food was ok. Very disappointed for the price I was charged and the way I was treated. Ordered online to save then time expect my order to be accurate and not have to make 2 trips and when I do be treated with respect and not charged twice. Get it together kfc.

Was given one bag, drove all the way home to Russell. Only to find half of the order was missing. Called the store and was given attitude by the girl, who answered saying it was our fault that the second bag was left there. No one spoke to my daughter, who picked up the order saying a second bag was left. Very poor customer service and communication. Perhaps they should train their staff on how to interact with their clients. Because obviously they haven’t a clue would not recommend.
