Malisa Marie: My husband and I were concerned with the measurements and how Rob figured his measurements. When I took him around the yard with our concerns, he couldn't explain why it was not matching our property plot map. He did no research on our property and had no clue that the pins between our yard and neighbors yard was never confirmed, being that it once was one property. When I pointed out that the water valve was on our property, he walked away without any remark. I guess he thought he was better than me, being a woman, and would not answer my questions, just walked off with no explanation. My husband and I have not heard from him since after asking him to pull the property map he made, and to make corrections like putting the water valve on survey plat map that we hired him to do. Very unprofessional. Would not suggest dealing with this inhumane behavior.

Ya Cz: Very professional! I am very pleased with their work. They came to my property and did a fantastic job. All the property markers were in and the paperwork you get after is very detail and clear to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone and trust me you will not be disappointed. Their price for the job was the most reasonable one compared to other local companies. I am a super happy customer!

joyce welch.: I discovered these people surveying on my property. I asked them what they were doing and they were very hesitant to answer. They were reluctant to answer any questions. I finally got them to reveal some information. They were surveying the wrong property but were arrogantly denying it. I had to work at getting who they worked for but I eventually got the answer. I called and ditscussed the situation but they again refused to cooperate. They wanted me to send them my information. I said I'd rather they finish their work and mail me their results or phone me. They said they would but never did. The whole thing seems very shady to me.

Amber DeBettencourt: We called and asked if they draw up plans for an addition we were doing as we weren’t sure if we could put an addition on... I was told yes and a survey would have to be done first. We hired them and their team came out to do a “survey” (btw their drawing/survey was exactly what the town had except for our pool and shed). They were supposed to flag the stakes but we have never been able to find ANY of them... it took them less than 30 minutes! This was in Feb ‘18... I contacted them to ask about our plans as we needed to know if an addition could be put on and they said that they didn’t do design plans even though that’s what they said back in December. So we found a builder who did.... fast forward 8 months our build is 3/4 way done, plans have been drawn and filed with town etc. and we receive a bill from them!!! For what I’m not sure as they didn’t do what we asked!!! Poor customer service! They tell you they can do something they can’t to get you to sign a contract and then they dont do it!
Eric Kraus: I highly recommend searching several different surveyors before settling on these guys. I received several quotes from different companies at $700. Sherman and Frydryk quoted me at $2000. Needless to say I did not hire them. Do your homework before you settle on these guys and you will save yourself a ton of money for whatever project you will be working on and you are going to get the same results.
