Michael Madsen: One of the unique features at this laundromat does is they do Wash and Fold for you. So if you have an extra large comforter or a load of laundry you don't have time to do it yourself they can do it for you to pick it up same day
Helene Zr: When I first started coming here a couple of months ago I was so impressed!! It was clean and well serviced. Now it's getting worse every week rude attendants. Half of the machines don't work and it's dirty.
Hutta Pe: Entry door needs to be fixed immediately before someone gets hurt. The doors closet to the dumpster does not swing out completely and jerks at a complete stop. Not cool when you're lugging big heavy bags of laundry.

wee Zee: Short drive from my house, very convenient. 4 or more washers are always broken. Most dryers don't get really hot only stay warm and have to spend more money to dry cloths. For the most part staff is awesome, but there is one that is just nasty and rude. I won't go back after my last visit, most of the washers didn't work and the lady at the counter was just awful to me. I have found a new laundromat in w splfd, a bit of a drive for me though. The place in w splfd is much larger, has better cheaper machines and all dryers are actually hot.
David Sacenti: It was OK. A Laundromat is a Laundromat, but if the had some music playing (even elevator music) would be nice. Or, maybe a couple of TV's or magazines. They sell enough laundry supplies in case you forget or run short, and a limited amount of snacks (a larger variety would be nice). The attendant took really good care of the place as she was doing dropped off loads of laundry to do, and it was really clean. I didn't need to use a restroom, so I don't even know if they have public ones available. But I brought my days paper and they have a few tables and chairs and I live only a couple of streets away, so all was good...2nd visit on 6-7-22: Still not much in way of snacks and drinks and no music yet, but the Laundromat is bright and clean. Only one dryer out of a total of @ 50 washers and dryers was broken which is Fantastic. The A/C was on today with a few fans blowing so it was very comfortable. They sell laundry supplies for a single load, or you can buy small boxes and jugs of detergent and dryer sheets. They have 3 working change machines and the public uni-restroom was stocked and clean (you need to ask for a key to get in). Overall, I'd give it a B+ to an A-.
Patricia Donovan: Ask the woman you work there what machine to use for my coil she showed me machine to use I put my quilt in the machine It went 30 minutes later I go to get it it's stopping wet and she tells me the Shane is broken so I had to find another take my clothes out of there soak it wet my quilt but in another machine dragging around soaking wet sipping all over the floor finding another machine and staying there another half hour to Wash it again they had no out of order of machine

Jack: Have been going here for years. The morning and afternoon attendants do their job well. I miss the previous owner as it had been recently sold, the new guys are ok. Lot of machines breaking lately, probably because people overstuffed the machines and parts take longer to get. I think they are clean, always manage to get my stuff done, nice and clean and pretty quick. It's a small place. They fit in as many machines as possible.

Ay’ Ay: Closes wherever they please. Does not live up to what is being sold. Claims to have a dollar wash on weekdays, after 5pm and until closing; which states 10pm via internet; with only 50% washers working and, as mentioned, closes earlier than 10pm, sometimes even at 7pm. Employees are helpful and kind; until they’re ready to leave and literally drive customers away, who drove all the way there, because THEY WERE LED TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 10pm. And to top it off, they don’t answer their business phone, so that’s sad. Anyways God bless everyone. Great place overall, other than what was complained about.

Went to wash clothes here had to buy a card to wash clothes so went to the card dispenser and used cash at first and the dispenser did not want to take the cash for a new card so went over to the card dispenser that takes a debit card to purchase a new card to wash clothes and that card dispenser actually took the money out of my account and did not dispense me a card. I got robbed for 5 bucks here. Terrible.

Ligia Tabales: Worst laundromat ever. Doors are open No one here to provide services. More than half of the dryers out of service. The washer machines you put the detergent but no water would come out to wash the detergent into the canal to go inside the washer machine, so basically you wash your clothes without detergent. I would give no stars what so ever but it's not possible.

She had rude comments to say to everyone in the laundromat. I Just spent $75 washing clothes and now they’re gonna all have to rewash in the morning

It did take me ten minutes to figure it out but he still came and refunded me my 4 dollars. I must say that's good service.
Jonathan Herbert: The people that work there are rude and disrespectful. I have complained to management several times, and am about to find somewhere else to do my laundry before I catch a case from them disrespecting my wife and children.

After putting my clothes in the machines, I walked through each isle and be ame amazed of such remarkable cleanliness. Mary Jane Earnshaw: I hadn't been to a laundromat is many years, but needed to wash some comforters requiring the larger washing machines. This facility was very clean & bright, however, the customer service was awesome. Panda was there to assist with what washers were open and since I wasn't accustomed to the laundry card system she walked me through all the steps. I've very grateful for her help, she truly went above & beyond by being super helpful, extremely friendly and truly sincere. I'll return to this facility any time in need due to this one experience.

Helena Ingram: I loved this Laundromax. Notice the tense I put “loved” in… I came here every week. But this week when I came to do my laundry, I noticed the chairs and tables chained up. I have back issues, so when I would fold my laundry, I would bring a chair to the laundry folding tables and then put the chair back. But now they are chained up and unable to be moved.So, I went to the manager and asked if an exception could be made because I can’t stand and fold because of my back, and she refused to accommodate me. She said I could use one of the tables chained to the chairs though. I am simply giving them 2 stars because while my request was simple, the unwillingness to accommodate worries me for anyone else who may have a legitimate disability. I ended up using the tiny tables connected to the chairs to fold, but what if I couldn’t? There needs to be some give and take especially for loyal respectful customers like myself. You cannot blame your unwillingness to accommodate someone on other customers. I made a reasonable request and was denied. So it took me longer to fold and I had minimal room to fold. It is not fair to be punished for asking for a reasonable request to be made so I can finish and do my laundry like everyone else.

Laundromat was clean, went in early in the morning around 10am on a Saturday and I was out in 2 1/2 hours...I took my time folding my clothes! There was maybe 5 other people washing clothes. Parking is not the best is not that spacious!

If you are in a pinch go here, but expect no real service from the management !

Previously, they have always been great, beyond expectations. Just this morning, I dropped off my clothes and returned in 3 hours to pick them up. I had given them here a brand new hoodie (1st wash) which was missing!! This never happened with the previous owners.I have approached the owner and await for tomorrow to see whether I am able to retrieve the hoodie.I will update this shortly.A week later - They found it!!

Chantal Nortez: Secret little spot is rarely crowded and even though a good 5% of there don't work, especially dryers, you will find one open.Also bring change since their only two coin exchange machines are kin to threading a needle.Last thing is bring hand sanitizer. The bathroom is n terrible shape and the sink inside hasn't worked in at least 5 years.

lonelypilot: They don't notify you when your clothing is done when you drop it off. They close early sometimes with no warning to the customers who dropped off their clothing. As well as they never answer the phone.poor communication skills. Their bathroom is quite disgusting and half the time the machines don't work.
