Patricia McKenzie (English Rose): I'm usually a frequent-flyer, self-care shopper at these stores however the cashiers need to do better with their customer service techniques. As the cashier was processing my items, I noticed she was placing my bags behind the counter on the unsanitary floor. I asked for my bags to put them in the shopping cart. She said no, we don't give the bags to the customer as they might run out of the store without paying. I said "Who? Me. Are you saying I'm going to run out of the store without paying for my items?" Then she said it's store policy. Granted, if I wanted to steal, I would have walked straight out of the store instead going up to the cashier and presenting my credit card preparing to pay. The nerve of her implying that I'll wait for her to ring up all my items and then run off with them without paying. It was way too obvious I was a probable profiled person of color in her eyes because she was smirking and giggling to whoever was next to her while speaking in a condescending tone toward me. She did not pass over my bags until I paid for them. I honestly should have canceled the transaction but I spent a lot of time in that store shopping finding items that I wanted for my home. I have the receipt date and time stamped to write to the Corporate office, however I won't be back. As I was leaving, the cashier proceeded to say really loud, "OMG!, She was mad because I wouldn't give her the bags." I turned back around to address her unprofessional demeanor before I walked out of the store. What happened when they would first greet you with a friendly attitude, "Hello, were you able to find everything you needed today?" They should not be putting customer purchased items on the dirty floor that's been walked over from the outside in, from the bathrooms and god know wherever else ... even if it's in shopping bags. I never put my own personal bags on floors. She ruined my entire shopping experience but I'm sure the store got want they wanted which was to target, trigger and get rid of another black customer who 'steals' from us. If this is their store's mission, well it worked.

Think i was interrupting convo..wasnt to happy to have to leave circle. Started pointing @ directions telling me to read instr. I did have my email. 11yr old gdaughter had to do for me. I had 2 diff bags. Eventually he went inside area where they had all the pick up bags to find. Unfortunately i cant see well w/o my glasses. He was very insistent i do myself though. So i know what im doing the next time w/o asking for help! Ok then! I retrieved my bags, thanked him for "all" his help! I did notice though the ESpfld store was much more organized! Their display made so much easier to see what they had! in the jr section they had all the jeans that were on sale right out in front. Mens graphic tees also right out where u could see all. Sweatshirts.. The items usually the younger teens like to wear were very accessible! As it was back to school shopping time! So i couldnt help myself in picking up a few more items for gkids! Was very happy w all the sales since i have 6gkids that i was buying school clothes for thruout the past wks!! Cant beat 70% off! Found very nice winter sweaters & shirts on the racks while in WSpfld store. Wish i would have come in earlier & had time to go thru all the racks! I did spent way more than i came in for though! & the lucky 11yr old who was w me has a whole new winter wardrobe!! Now im shopping online w my kohls rewards $160.00 free!! See what i can find in the sales today for youngest child as he received a promotion @ work & instead of polos he wants button down dress shirts!

Dave Lash: My first thoughts walking in and through this men's clothing store was realizing that it was perfect for an entertainer ( Bands, singers, DJs, Hosts, etc...). I loved the dress shoes, the vests, the suit coats, same day basic alterations, from very reserved to very diverse and colorful outfits, and the prices were really reasonable across the board! Definitely worth checking out! Even one of the employees was a seasoned wedding and party DJ ( like myself ) . I will be doing business there again soon!

The store has a great selection of suits, shirts, dresspants,, dress shoes etc. from classic to eccentric styles. Be warned that the sizes do run quite small. The downside is mainly the staff. I was trying to dress my wedding party but the salesman was very off putting. He had no personality and was either new or hates his job. When I couldn't find sizes that I needed I requested to order them. They were very hesitant in allowing me to do so even though I offered to pay for everything upfront. I was being given different stories at different times; you can't order but you can, you don't need a deposit then you do. When my wedding is, whether tomorrow or three years from now, should not be a factor. I was there to do business in your store. I was made to feel uncomfortable as if I was trying to scam them or something when it's actually vice versa. I hope they are true and honest with the customers they serve. There are other stores out there that can be more helpful and more interactive with what you need and helping you to get it.

J Litty: Great business. Very happy with my Three-piece Suit. I wasn't sure about the fit, but the Owner reassured me about the fit instead of letting me buy the same Suit again. Very fast Alterations they are done in-house. I got good Shoes there too. Shirt and Ties also. Oh and Socks. Everything is in that one Store. There are a lot of Suits to choose from. He doesn't restock the same Suits once they sell out so you won't see anybody wearing your Suit.Thanks again, Milan Menswear.
