Nino Brown: Closed for 30 minutes at 8pm while I see the employees playing in the back what a waste of time. How do you close a store that is not yours are you kidding me.
Shawn Kelly: Haven't been to gamestop in awhile but I still enjoy going there. It's nice that they sell used games it saves alot of money and they also have great promotions. Highly recommended if your looking to save money. Black friday deals were pretty good this year.

John Torres: “Manager” Patrick refused to do an exchange for me due to the fact it wasn’t the same price range for the used game. There was a $-20 credit left over which I requested a gift card - which I still got denied for. They needed original form of payment however my girlfriend isn’t in the state to do so. I understand rules/policies however in this instance something needed to be resolved.

How can you buy anything when shelves are either empty or blocked by boxes and totes! I have never seen a store with so much unopened merchandise through the aisle blocking aisles and its such a hazard walking through the store. Place is totally disgusting and so unsafe. You have people coming in robbing the place infront of you and drug activities everywhere. Not safe
