Ray Allan Lee (AznAndretti): I am extremely skeptical when dealing with dealerships but I have to say my recent experience with Hoffman Lexus has completely changed my mind. Took my recently purchased used Lexus there for service and was attended to by Sarah, she was great and super professional. No attempts at upselling or pulling the wool over my eyes just straight to the point of the condition of my vehicle. The technician who serviced my vehicle whos name was Steve was also great and kept my interior spotless while servicing my vehicle. What I really enjoyed was that Sarah was also knowledgeable about motor vehicles as well. You'd be surprised how many customer service reps I have communicated with who have no background knowledge of motor vehicles at all. I was big on going to private shops but my vehicle always comes back to me filthy with grease marks all over the interior and them attempting to upsell services on issues I know my vehicle does not have. As a person who has experience working on motor vehicles but doesn't have the means to do so I never would have thought I'd be finding myself recommending a dealership over the privately owned shops but in this case I am. I mean they even washed my car for me lol what more could you ask for. After so many negative experiences with privately owned shops its nice to actually get professional and well done service.

Carleen Huynh: The entire experience is super pleasant and efficient. I called for my car of interest and was scheduled the next day for a test drive. Raja and Al helped me out with the purchase and I was able to pick up the car on the same day after my test drive. I will definitely recommend Hoffman Lexus because everyone is so courteous. Another sales representative named Ben recognized me from 4 weeks ago when I was just browsing through the store. I am definitely impressed with the great service provided by this dealership!
