ROB TEX: Drove 2 hours for absolutely nothing. Apparently the original document of a birth certificate is not even usable because they want a birth abstract. Dont put in the documents needed that the original document can be used when you deny it. They just want to get more money from you because that's not free for the abstract. I failed the first time because (I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to talk to the examiner, second time he tried to bait me into talking him! Don’t go here for your road test

Kimberly: Went to register a vehicle today. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, wait time was very reasonable. I was there fairly early Thursday morning, maybe a 10 minute wait. I was able to access a computer and printer to print what I needed. I was waited on by Bernadine and she was extremely helpful and kind. She provided several forms I needed and walked me through them and was pleasant while doing so. She made my day!!

Kevin Michelson: is there less then one star the first time i used the dealer drop offi am 1/2 an hour away they lost my paperwork 6 times (6 hrs travel time4 hours sitting there parking lot. This time they called me up said the second deal was done i went to pick it up today (5/21/21) they lost the paperwork again they told me to wait in the parking lot for a call after 40 minutes and no call i went back to the window and was told that they lost it and never called me i was told too bad and was given NO RESOLUTION they told me to call Springfield rmv and talk to sue or bobconveniently there is no way to reach the registry to file a complaint I have no idea of what to do I have informed the customer i also called my insurance company they checked and the car is not registered so the call was a lie and they lost the paperwork. Its great that these people have NO ACCOUNTABILIY FOR THERE ACTIONS AND YOU CANT REACH ENYONE WHILE IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT THE rmv IS RUDE AND HAS NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOW THEY CAN ACT WITH IMPUNITY AND NO CONSEQUENCES FOR THE ACTIONS ALSO THE MANAGER REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HERSELF SINCE I HAVE NO WAY TO REACH ANYBODY AT THE REGSTRYAND HAVE BEEN GIVEN NO PATH TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION I HAVE INFORMED MY CUSTOMER

Sendy: Had a rental that needed to be replaced so called enterprise who got me a replacement rental and needed aaa to go tow my new rental from CT to MA (max 40 min from my location) 1st time aaa called me and canceled because "he couldn't wait" for the replacement to be ready (this was at noon) later around 4 I called for an update and was told by roadside they had canceled and said it could've been because the drive was too far. Was back and forth on the phone for almost 2 hours+ for them to get me a replacement in west springfield I get a call from aaa at 520pm canceling yet again because enterprise closed at 5pm and they didn't get there on time. Then I got back on the phone for them to set up yet another appointment only for aaa to be closed and I cannot get my replacement rental. I have kids that need to go to school and I also need to get to work. Without a car it's impossible for me and my kids to get around! I will NEVER ever use aaa. if it weren't for enterprise calling them for my rental replacement. It's just bad customer service all around.

The receptionist acted like she was doing me a favour yet I had an appointment which unfortunately they didn't keep the time slot for. She asked me to complete a form that I had completed online i had to ask her 3 times if it's necessary. She then back tracked and was like no its fine all details are in the system.As I was leaving I ask for a map the same receptionist states it's only for AAA members (well duh you wouldn't have serviced me if I wasn't a member), she then proceeds to ask for my membership number. I ask her didn't you take it when I came in why do you need it again? I was super irritated by how ignorant she acted but kept my cool.AAA do better for your members we have enough stress in the outside world and don't need to come in for appointments to feel like we are intruding. Train your staff to be more attentive and present when dealing with customers.

Timah Kabba: The reviews about Terri are, sadly, accurate. Abhorrent, unwarranted and aggressively rude behavior that will easily ruin your day. The fact that she works at the DMV and has access to all of ones private info made me hesitate to post a review, but I can only hope that those in charge of the facility will take notice and intervene to address the issue. This many people aren’t having identical experiences by coincidence. Also, it’s been more than ten days and my license has yet to arrive, so who knows if she even filed the paperwork.

I was surprised that the employees were actually kind to me and were having a normal and respectable convo about my registration questions.I will happily drive 2 hours again for a pleasant experience than to experience the awful Boston offices.

I put off my license renewal, found out that there is no renewal without an appointment, hopped through the hoops ended up here at the last hour that I could do do the renewal.I was stressed out and to put it nicely, I was not at my best. I found myself treated with respect and even kindness by the the clerk. It wasn't expected and probably not deserved.So a big thank you to the person working the license renewal desk nearest the door around 4:30 PM yesterday.

Bryan Lapointe: Definitely the best RMV around, it's so much faster than it used to be and I've always had excellent service at this location. My wait time to register a used car was about 30 mins for a walk in which compared to 2+ hours in the past, what an improvement! I can say from first hand experience the changes they've been making over the years have increased efficiency and has made a marked impact on real world wait times as well as making the whole process much easier. This RMV makes those tired old RMV jokes obsolete.

This was the only one I could go to to renew on time so I took the ride. I was expecting to be treated rudely like I usually do but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and patient and pleasant to deal with. I may just take the 2 hour ride for all of my future registry needs.

Joel Bergstrom: Should have stuck with requiring appointments for all transactions. I showed up around 10am to transfer a registration and after waiting in line was told to come back at 1:15 because there were too many people waiting for registrations. Went back at 1:15 to be told they're no longer taking walk-in's for the day because there's too long of a wait on registrations. It makes no sense to remove the option of scheduling appointments for registration if you can't handle the amount of people you have coming in for them.
