Tammy Sorensen: Very disappointed led me to believe I had a limo for my daughter senior prom four days before when I tried to confirm they told me they don't do business in Connecticut. I had to call them daily trying to work with them the receptionist is nice but no return phone calls had to hound them on a daily basis and now I'm without a limo for my daughter's prom poor quality poor professionalism very disappointing not recommended at all.

Movinon 523: I booked this limousine service for a corporate holiday event.They never showed up. When called the driver Scott was rude and unprofessional. Told me if it snows at all they don't drive. So I was left with10 corporate directors and a paid for show in Boston with no transportation, no call to cancel. I Will legally go after funds lost as we couldn't get to the show in Boston and those funds were lost. If you are looking for a dependable professional company to do buisness with Deluxe Limousine isn't the company.In the response the owner shifted all blame to us the consumer. There was never a raised voice or swear I was surrounded by the 10 professionals waiting on the limo.And I don't yell and swear.I guess just realize if you book during the winter with this company they will cancel at any inclement weather. So if you buy tickets to an event or plan a wedding..oh well.Also no phone msgs were received at any time. No text msgs.So all in all the lesson learned is if you use Deluxe you are chancing them showing up.And you may not get to your event.Also the contract emailed stated no policy on canceling for weather in the future if you send a contact the consumer should be made aware and it added to the contract.

Lisa D.: Seems like I may get a reply if I say bad things here so ill be honest. I did not get a limo through this company. I did call them 2 and 1/2 weeks before the date i needed which is my fault as I should have planned ahead. It was a spur of the moment decision to get a limo for my birthday. I told them the date and that I didnt have a set plan. Was told to email them details once ready. I did and then I called to confirm they got it and that I would be able to get a limo for the date as i knew it was a short notice. Was told they received it and they would work on it on Friday and get back to me. Didnt hear from anyone on Friday. Called back on Monday (6 days before the event date) they didnt know what i was talking about and then was given a number to another limo company which didnt have availability for me to begin with. Had they been honest with me from the beginning and told me they couldnt accommodate me in such short notice I would have called several other places and figured it out. Which is what I did once I found out that they basically passed the buck to another limo company. I had to stress for a hole hour and call 6 limo companies to find something which could have been avoided if they told me from the beginning they couldn't accommodate me! Bottom line is I guess if its short notice don't bother calling them

Mike Sullivan: Michael's saved my wedding. Another shuttle company (King Gray) stranded 100 guests waiting to go from their hotel to our venue and was NOWHERE to be found. In a panic, I called Michael's, our evening shuttle, who offered to send a shuttle that could arrive in a half hour. Complete lifesaver in the clutch! The evening shuttle from Michael's was on time, clean and courteous. Our driver was a nice gent named Daniel who was polite and kind to all our guests. I couldn't recommend Michael's enough for any occasion

Gannette Reed (Gannette): Wanted something different for my daughter's 10th birthday, was told they had a very cool pink limo. Called to make reservations, not really sure of the destination. All I knew is we were going to get there in a limo. Melissa made booking very easy. She was efficient and informative, she also said if I needed to call back she could give me some great ideas.The day of the party the limo arrived 15 minutes early, and our driver Richard spent that time getting to know the Passengers and the itinerary. He was very patient as we picked up each guest (and we got a couple addresses wrong) then made our way to our event. He was very patient and made me feel at ease. I felt horrible about the wrong addresses and he told me I didn't need to apologize. Whenever the girls got loud, I tried to quiet them, he said they're having a party. It was a great experience and if I ever need a party bus or limo I'm only coming to Royal coach
