I worked in loan shops and although it's not a pleasant feeling not being able to meet people's expectations there's still a business to be ran. It is for profit not for loss.With all said Saturday I was there before they closed and swore she told me 40 cents but it was a laughing matter we enjoyed and will bot be the last time i go there in Springfield, Ma. Taina Chula: This company is a joke. I was not satisfied at all with the experience. My loan officer, Daniel Kenyon did not communicate with me the entire process until it was a mere 3 weeks before closing, and then to tell me after all the money I put down that based on things on my credit, I was not approved. That's not why I'm upset, I am upset at the fact that there was little to no communication, and if there was, I always initiated it first because I had a question. This company knew up front about my score, my credit report, since they pulled it the first day I contacted them. They knew everything and still gave me a Pre-Qual letter. I found a home, went through Inspection, put down my deposit which I offered 10% down on a $115,000 loan, and he still did not communicate. I faxed every single form and again, always was the first to reach out to him. Never again will I try getting a mortgage with an online person/Company. DO NOT go through a company with a lender that you cannot see face to face. Save yourself the hassle. I sure learned my lesson.
