My first Maserati and sales consultant Wendy Pizzoferrato could not have helped me more. I had some specific model options and a price point. Wendy found one that was not even on the lot yet. When it arrived it was exactly what I was looking for. Add new tires, brakes and a bargain I could not pass up. I was introduced to the service staff. Advisor Johanna and service manager Bob. I was trully surpised how quiet and professional the shop was. After the sale I had a concern and I wanted service to look at it. Wendy along with service staff coordinated a day with me and I dropped it off. They also filled my request for a loaner as they addressed my concern. The service experience was one also unexpected and had constant contact with me even a day after my service. Wendy continues to also check in. I am not sure what else one could expect from a dealer.Thank you to all the staff involved!

She is as meticulous as I am when it comes to treating cars well and detailing. I’ll note that Valenti had the most perfectly documented, well taken care of, and cleanest pre-owned vehicles I’ve ever seen. Their quality bar is higher than some Porsche dealers I’ve worked with in my search.Wendy treats you like family too; when I was running late she would call my cell to make sure everything was okay, and after picking up the vehicle the following week, insisted my wife and I text her to let her know when we got home safely. You just don’t see that level of care and commitment anymore, and it all added up to a refreshing and wonderful car buying experience. Highly recommended.

Paul Catalano: Very pleasant people to deal with but lack honesty. I had a deposit on a Lavente. I went to pick the SUV up and it had damage to the rear quarter. It also had a cracked windshield. It also did not have the VIN etching which I was told mandatory at Valente dealer sold cars even though i pushed hard prior to sale I did not want the vin etching. After doing research I learned forcing VIN etching is illegal.I was going to move forward without a review but to add injury to insult I was told my deposit would be mailed back to me Monday. When I did not receive the refund in the mail I checked w the manager. He informed me it was “mailed yesterday”.Just frustrating experience all around- wasted a day trying to get the car, about $100 on Ubers, over $60 on wasted restocking fees for accessories purchased and returned and have $650 spent on insurance waiting for that refund to process.It’s frustrating a car w deposit is driven and damaged, I wasn’t notified until I’m there for pickup then they don’t even do what they say based upon the promised timeline. Not to mention the illegal forcing of vin etching (I was to be the second owner of the car which was off lease from Valente so it’s odd two owners were told vin etching is mandatory and charged $199 but car was never etched),

His attentiveness was precise and professional. We were forced to do the entire deal long distance as we live 2 plus hours away.
