I recently responded to a listing for a Lexus that Balise Mazda was selling and she promptly responded to my email. We set up a test drive and got the ball rolling. She took me through every step and made the process of getting a car easy. She and a runner, Rick, even met me in Albany to get the car registered with NYS. She is thorough, friendly and a really good salesperson. She advocates for her customer and is very responsive to questions. Rick was also very helpful at the DMV and for delivering the car to Albany. My experience with Balise Mazda was very positive.

When we arrived, his story changed, and the car was on the lot but had no title. He offers a vehicle with double the amount of mileage for the same price. We were baited in so that they could sell us a car that we did not want—also, your welcome, my son serving this country.

Bank of America even told them they were breach of their contract. Ended up eating the cost of the plane ticketFound a reasonable dealer and drove off with my car the same day

I took the ride down on a Saturday morning, fully prepared for the dreaded dealership experience. I’m happy to report that it was NOT the dreaded dealership experience. I was greeted by a friendly staff in a zero pressure environment. The dealership is clean, well-lit, and modern. My sales representative, Kris, was helpful and patient. The new vehicle cost was more than fair and the trade in estimate was highly reasonable. As someone who has bought from several dealerships over years, I recommend giving this one a shot.
