Jeffrey Mcdonald: Service was sub par and saw a big difference when a VIP customer with local business and money came in to how I was treated as an average joe.

Bradford Hart: Purchase an oil filter here and they literally just gave it to me over the counter loose. This is a critical part that if any dirt gets in it can destroy an engine. Not doing good service to their customers or their engines. A paper bag at least.
Alan Prescod: I took my Lincoln MKC in for oil change and I was received with a warm welcome and greeted by name. Shown where the waiting room was and asked if they cauld get me a coffee. The employees were friendly and would chat with me of and on as I wait for the completion of the work. The rep then came and told me that the lug nuts needed replacement and that they took care of it. Awesome, nice, sweet, taking care of my safety and caring. Outstanding service. Thank you Marcy and team.

John Baker: On March 25, we saw a 2023 Ford Explorer that just seemed right for us. In fact, our 2012 Ford Taurus SEL was purchased from Sarat Ford and we have nothing but good things to say about their service department.So, on March 25th, the Explorer that we liked was at another Ford Dealership under the Sarat brand called Family Ford in Enfield. We were told to make an appointment to come back the next day and test drive that SUV, and sign the papers. We agreed to $ 42,485, for the Explorer and we got a great deal with our trade in, plus incentives and we agreed to a down payment of $ 10,000. Great so far .... Now things start to fall apart.We arrived at our appointment on March 26th, only to be told taht there was no one available to drive the Explorer up from Family Ford. No phone call to advise us, no advance warning that the Explorer was not there.... nothing.Ok, the salesman was all apologies, and we left with another appointment for the next day, March 27th, and told the SUV will be there. So, we arrive, and no Explorer. It seems that the Sarat Ford brand at Enfield went to an auction instead of bringing the Explorer to where we waiting. We waited for an hour for this.In the final analysis, the lines of communications within the Sarat Ford brand has literally no dependability, no sese of business seeing $ 42,485 on their income statement, much less consideration for the salesman's work and efforts to earn his commission, providing for his family.I have yet to see such a "I could care less" demeanor, total disrespect and belligerency for what end of the checkbook these people are at.If anyone, and I mean anyone, wants to see why the imports are killing us, look no further than the Sarat Ford brand of doing businesss..

Peter P: We wasted a whole year waiting for an order.Now Sarat ford says the order doesn't exist. It was somehow cancelled. Order number, "Nope! Nothing in the system". It's just gone! What did we put a deposit on a year ago? *shrug*No communication for a full year. No updates, emails or anything.No offer to figure it out with Ford. They just blame Ford corporate. Called Ford corporate they say take it up with the dealer.Stay away from Ford and stay far away from Sarat Ford.

Lenny (salesman) was fantastic to work with to complete the sale and also to coordinate the shipping. There were no hidden fees, dealer markup or hiccups along the way. Overall, I am extremely happy with Sarat and a big thanks to Lenny for making our purchase and delivery so smooth!
Ed Babski: Last year I bought $120,000 Shelby Super Snake from Sarat Ford. I recently brought it in for an oil change. When I went to pick it up I noticed on the paperwork that they put the wrong oil in my Shelby. They put 5W30 in, and right on the oil cap it says it requires 5W50. If I didn't notice this it would have ruined my engine! They didn't even apologize for the error! I had to wait for them to replace the oil with the right oil. But did they? The service tech was more concerned about the price of the oil change than whether they put the right oil in. Owner (Sarat) DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS.
Jay Occhiuti: I pre-ordered a new 2023 Mach E... Sarat Ford made the purchase simple and easy. The communication from Sarat Ford was immediate once my car hit the dealership. This is the 5th car we have purchased from Sarat and I'm sure our next car will be purchased there as well...their customer service is excellent.
