Mark Garrity: Jon, the owner, came out to give me a quote on a Mitsubishi mini-split system. He answered all my questions and quoted me a fair price. I liked dealing with Jon as he was more knowledgeable (and more transparent about how attainable Mass Save rebates were) than the sales folks that represented other companies that provided me quotes.The crew (RJ, Devin, Alex) did a great job with the install. They were punctual, polite, professional, and took care to ensure all the areas they worked in were clean after they performed the work. They answered several questions I had during the install process and walked us through the operation of the indoor units and what maintenance would be required for the units and the outdoor heat pump when the install was complete. Jon came out to review the job when it was finished to ensure all was well with the install and that we were satisfied with the work.I highly recommend Clean Air Mechanical to anyone looking for a mini-split installation.Service:Ductless heating A/C services

Acadamy 2019: Not recommended ! did not have all supplies to complete job on hand. had to wait for employees to drive and pick up what was needed. had to pay for the two hrs. it took to get supplies (x 3 workers). Then a couple of years later some of the work failed and after 3 days waiting, finally got a call back saying he will not guarantee his work and fix the leaks!

Scott Proctor: HD has previously installed a steam boiler and AC splits in my home. I have a separate AC air handler in the kitchen area that had been terribly neglected by the previous owners… just called HD and 2 days later Mike arrived to take a look. He was very professional and pleasant and checked it all out. Upshot? Mike will be back here soon to clean the whole system and update some of the parts. Every transaction with this company has been superb, and I will continue being a happy customer.

Secondly I had some chimney work done and a chimney inspector stated duct work and chimney liner installed incorrectly and not up to code. Company wanted $2500 to fix the work that hd air put in. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me since 1/30/23. Unprofessional to just take the money, install and not care afterwards. They no showed and then they said they had no service that day .., it was just the computer saying that… well if you have a computerized booking system, then how else could you expect confirmation.
