My girlfriend bought me a ctx3030 for a Xmas present a couple years ago from TC metal detectors and got a great deal on it with bundled accessories.2nd positive experience. I called TC in search of a beach sand scoop on the way to the beach and got what I wanted.3rd positive experience. At 7pm on a Friday night I called TC to find out if he had waterproof headphones for ctx3030. He said yes and I drove 45 minutes from Massachusetts to meet him for the headphones.So all and all 3 for 3 ain't bad! I've read other reviews on TC metal detectors where people have had less than unsatisfactory experiences and I'm not sure if they were the issue or what but for a guy to welcome me to his home business at random times when I needed something is pretty impressive.Will do business with TC metal detectors again.

Amy Dalessandro: Drove to his house. He has a small inventory in his garage. Not an overly friendly guy. Bought a scoop. Waited a week then I ordered a Lesche for a right handed person. Received a Lesche for what appears to be a left handed person. Called him and he was not very nice or patient in "proving" why what I received was for a righty. If you hold the Lesche in your right hand like a knife cutting a steak, the only teeth on the Lesche are on the right side, facing the sky - not the left side facing the ground. Even if I am wrong in my technique and the Lesche is for a righty (though I doubt it) he was a real snippity jerk. Read about him on the metal detecting forums. People don't receive communication or their items. There's a guy named Joe Angel on Facebook who offers killer discounts.

Deb Turner: Ordered an RTG Monster Scoop online to ship to Canada - got an order confirmation and no other communication for 7 days - I worried - found "caution" written by someone who ordered and got nothing also - then saw BBB reviews - 3 complaints for delivery - scared I was going to be scammed I emailed Tony stating I demanded communication about my order - nothing - I then threatened complaining to BBB - he then answered saying he doesn't do business in Canada anymore and doesn't know why I wasn't informed of this - no apology - just not sending - didn't charge you -I still advised my credit card co not to allow any $$ going to TC - don't know why the guy's system would take a Canadian address & send confirmation of order if he had stopped Canadian sales - his other responses to other complaints had a similar flimsy line - something felt and feels off with this guy
