Ethan Lichwan: The West Springfield Army recruiting station is the best, since the first day I walked in and throughout the whole process The recruiters have helped me tremendously whether it be through all the processing/paperwork or getting ready for boot camp with Physical training. It's an enjoyable atmosphere that motivates you and highlights what it means to be a soldier!
Stephen S.: Everyone in the office is friendly and hard working, highly recommend working with any of the Army recruiters. I walked in and said I was ready to go but it was gonna be alot of work to get me in. The men and women in this office have been a huge help and im now farther in the process then I thought possible.

Nicholle Godbout: I walked into the West Springfield location looking for some information on joining the army. SFC Binan went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. He provided me with plenty time and information to make the right decison for myself. He was there with me every step of the way. Everyone in that office is supportive and encouraging. In fact, at my swear in at MEPS, I couldn't have been better off. I was told by employees, "It's hard for most recruits to have their recruiter even show up. But you have two here!" I would encourage anyone thinking about the service to speak to someone from this office.

My recruiter SSG Tejeda was absolutely fantastic and gave me the best advice and opportunities to succeed. He dedicated all his time and effort to me and I can't thank him enough for it! If the person reading this or another family member/friend is interested in joining the U.S Army definitely give the office a call! Also ask for SSG Tejeda!!!

I have been working with ssg Rodgers especially over the past 9 nine months and through thick and thin he never gave me and he did everything that he could do to help me get in. I had medical issues and he worked with me to get the waivers I needed and didn't sugar coat or lie to me about what was going on and where in the process we where. I can't say enough about everyone in this office! If you wanna go in the army or are thinking about going into the army go to this office and talk to the recruiters!.

Andrew Wysocki: Sgt. Reeve and the team are an amazing group of recruiters who really helped me with my process in joining the military. They are all extremely intelligent and hard-working. I had many questions and hoops that needed jumping through, and Sgt. Reeve did a great job at accommodating to all of my needs. Stepping into their office is an excellent introduction into what the Air Force stands for. I highly recommend anyone who’s thinking about joining the military giving him a call!!

Jakob Constant: Great experience with the South Hadley recruiting station. Everyone there is very professional and respectful. They are extremely helpful in answering any questions you might have. They look at your preferences and work with you to find a good fit. Very patient and don’t try to lead you in any direction you don’t want to go. Overall experience 10/10.
