Richard “Ric” Woznac: Do NOT use this Company. They took one-half deposit for kitchen cabinets in January 2022, and they received one-half deposit for a vanity and bathroom cabinets in April 2022. As late as the 3rd week of May they continued to promise delivery of the custom cabinetry. There were a ton of excuses for the delays. They did not deliver and did not respond to multiple inquiries from our contractor and directly from us as the customers. Neu Traditions Millwork STOLE our money ... their final response is that we could sue them to recover the stolen funds.This is a disreputable business that should not be trusted.
Jason Wolfe: I've been in business as a contractor for 10 years now and have never encountered the level of unprofessionalism that I have encountered with Kurt, the owner, manager and overall total liar. He will give you every excuse and delay the project repeatedly forever. It has been about 10 weeks now and just more delays, more blah blah blah blah...then nothing no calls, no texts, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable madness from this company.
Ed Hodges: These guys took my deposit and never delivered the materials. They had a medical issue and never responded to my calls or emails. 9 months later I called and they said they were back in business, but never bothered to let me know or contact me to either refund or make my order. I asked for a refund and it has been promised multiple times and I have not received it. Nothing they have told me has come true. Update 9/17/21019 I finally received a refund over a year from the date the deposit was taken. It took a lot calls to get it. Proceed cautiously.
Ted Cahill: A couple of things to note:1) The Address is 31 Jackson St., not 63 Jackson.2) The Ripoff Report was settled a couple of years ago, with a full refund given to the complainant.

The staff went above and beyond, providing me with samples and ideas that I had never even considered. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my visit.
Codey Kolasinski: Ponders milled the floor boards and trim for our 19th century victorian and they look perfect. They supplied our mill work earlier and less expensively than any of the big box stores. Office staff took time to walk us through the process, answer questions, and help us find what we needed

Not only were they one of the few places that can find wide planks, but it seemed high quality and our flooring workers didn't seem to have any trouble getting them installed. Ponders Hollow was also quick in getting us a quote and delivering the wood.
