Lori Peters: I bought a Mini from them in 2016. Their service department is the worst! Once your warranty expires, expect inaccurate diagnoses on your vehicle and over priced estimates. I had an issue with my horn and they quoted me over $1000 on a repair that was in fact a $125 job once I took the vehicle to my personal mechanic. Throughout the process their service reps were rude and demonstrated poor knowledge of the mechanics of my car. I will not work with them again.

Christine Harley: I was disappointed as of how long my oil change took. Ryan was support my technician, he was very nice. my oil change was supposed to take 90 minutes. I arrived at 10:45 and I didn't get my car until 1:30. this is totally ridiculous. I had an appointment in wethersfield at 1:30, which I missed!! Ryan said it was an internet problem printing the(paperwork). With all the technology we have, there was no hot spot available in order to print documents or they could of been emailed to me later.very disappointed.

New country hooked me up with a loaner and I reluctantly returned it in two days. Everybody has to have a wish list, and now the countryman is on the list. Btw, my wheels are like brand new again.
