emma sampson: Some of the nicest people I’ve encountered when dealing with a vehicle. I was there for an oil change, and The older gentleman at the counter was extremely kind and welcoming, asking how my day was and making small talk. He had a very happy and kind smile and didn’t make me feel like I was burdensome, like I’ve experienced at other car places even though they are there to do things like oil changes specifically. I ended up waiting about an hour, but the gentleman at the counter checked in on me and didn’t make me just sit and wonder when they would be finished. He even came into the waiting room and chatted with me for a bit, making me feel very comfortable and safe, being a young woman and being the only one in the waiting room. I will absolutely be returning for future service.

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ricky was genuine, honest and not pushy. The day we bought the vehicle, he took time to go over every feature of the vehiccle, answer all of our questions and truly made purchasing a vehicle a happy, fun and satisfying experience. I would absolutely recommend him and this dealership to friends and family. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. It really felt like they wanted us to be happy and that's all you can ask for when buying a new vehicle.

The worst customer service, my daughter bought a SUV close to a month ago, bank called to see how it was working because is almost time for first payment, BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE SUV! All papers works done and the Uplander is not in her hands. Plus told her about a free warranty and they charged her in the papers $2k ... so will be paying more than suppose for a thing is covered in her insurance. This people give bad reputation to Mitsubishi... I'll always gonna say it:: go Hyundai.. is way better!!

This was on a Tuesday, they said they could have it done by Friday. Called Friday and gave us the run around, went back in 8 days later and was told I would get a phone call on Wednesday. That call never came. David was a terrible salesman and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Nate Haycock: TL;DR Good customer service, but make sure to get their vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase.Pro:- Offered a vehicle at a reasonable price during the height of the used car market boom- Friendly staff, low-pressure sale- Willing to negotiate- Willing to investigate/perform minor repairs within their warranty timeframe- They have a runner who can take care of the RMV paperwork and get platesCon:- The vehicle they sold turned out to have major, expensive mechanical issues that they did not reveal prior to purchase. Unfortunately, the issues only became evident after their short warranty expired.- The minor cosmetic repairs (sagging headliner, burned-out headlight, and broken rear-view mirror) that they performed have all failed within 6 months of purchase (headliner was tacked up and the tacks are falling out, the mechanic seems to have broken the headlight socket when replacing the bulb, and the rear-view mirror was installed incorrectly on top of the weather stripping causing water leakage).- The maintenance they performed prior to purchase (oil change, new brake pads, two new tires, and alignment) seems to have been done poorly according to 2 separate shops I've since taken the vehicle to. The right rear brake has seized, and the tires are now cupped due to poor alignment.- Although they were communicative within the warranty timeframe, it became impossible to reach them afterwards (texts not returned, contact person at the dealership was always "unavailable" or "out" whenever I called).- They are willing to perform repairs on their vehicles prior to sale, but they don't do so until a customer commits to purchase. So, you don't get to see what the car will actually be like (i.e. how well the repairs are done) until you've already purchased the car.- Most of the cars they sell are over the mileage limit (125k) and therefore are not covered by MA lemon law.LSS: They're good for a used-car dealership, but I wish I could go back and tell myself to look elsewhere. If purchasing from here, I would strongly suggest getting a pre-purchase inspection at a separate mechanic (local Firestone for example) and only purchasing if you live close enough to bring the car back within the warranty timeframe.

Igor was a perfect gentleman and has the patience of a saint. He reviewed all the details in my vehicle and reviewed every option. Each one was professional, and valued my time. They all worked so hard when taking delivery of my vehicle. I had an excellent and pleasant experience with Bertera of West Springfield, and I would not hesitate to go back. I made an appointment to get my car fixed that they advised for me to get and had my car all day and didn't call me and when I came to pick it up they didn't touch my car. They didn't order the part like they said. They don't answer the phone. The workers are rude. This is not the place to go!!!!!.Please don't waste your time or money!!! Terrible service. I understand staff shortages but be Honest and let the people know that you can't deliver ! Communicate instead of lying. People have lives and they need there vehicles.

lasander williams: Don't deal with this dealership they say one thing and do another. I leased with them the first lease was new for me and I went over milage by over 30,000 miles and I paid it. So I love the Ram 1500 don't get me wrong but when I leased the second time I said give me more miles on my lease so they said we can give you 12,000 miles so I agreed I bought back the lease with less and now they are trying to say I went over again and I bought the truck back with 11,500 miles on it which is 500 miles under. So they are crooks and they were trying to say there were lots of damage the truck was mint when I bought it back. So be careful when dealing with them I thought they were a reputable company 🤔

Over the years we were forced to bring our jeep to the dealer for repairs because we had a “warranty” which they don’t even honor anymore….anyways every single time we brought it in something came back worse. Recently they messed it up again by not fixing the real problem and making things worse. 2k plus later had to have repairs done at another place to fix what they didn’t AND what they broke(ripped wires making o2 sensor inoperable) Never ever take your car to berterra for service. They not only won’t repair your vehicle correctly they will mess it up more. Total scam artists, overpriced, no ethics whatsoever. Yes we complained many times in the past and were ignored. Our bad for thinking new staff would repair it any better. Out thousands of dollars trusting these incompetent people! They will come on here and say “contact us” but in reality do NOTHING. Trust me don’t learn the hard way. Run away if you need repairs!!!!

Ethan Clotfelter: This was our first, and definitely last, time buying a car from Bertera. Please read on to find out why. Honestly, it would be funny if it wasn’t all 100% true.We bought a pre-owned Accord in late December. Approximately a week later we get a call from Bertera saying that we needed to bring the car in to repair a seized brake caliper, but they didn’t have the part in yet. [WHY DID THEY SELL US A CAR THAT THEY *KNEW* HAD A SEIZED BRAKE CALIPER?]They said they would call when the part came in. We didn’t hear back, so we called three times over the next week or so, and on the third call I learned that the part was in. [WHY DIDN’T THEY CALL US AS SOON AS THE PART CAME IN, INSTEAD OF US HAVING TO CALL THEM?]I scheduled a service visit for the following week, and was told the work would take ~2 hours. On the day before, I called to confirm the appointment. The Bertera service department told me there was no appointment listed and, best of all... they had NO RECORD that I had even purchased the car from Bertera! [REALLY? WTH? I LITERALLY HAD THE RECEIPT IN MY HAND]After correcting that mistake, I was told by the technician that the repair would take a full day (and not several hours), but that I needed to bring it in as soon as possible. [AGAIN, IF IT WAS URGENT, WHY DIDN’T THEY FIX IT BEFORE SELLING ME THE CAR, OR AT LEAST CALL ME WHEN THE PART ARRIVED?]When I brought the car in for the repair (this was now nearly four weeks later), the sales team gave me a key fob that the previous owner had forgotten to return. The key didn’t work. I asked the Bertera associate to check the key fob battery for me, and after a few minutes he returned and said the battery wasn't the problem. Instead, he suggested that I go to a Honda dealership to program the key. So I did that and, after paying the dealership an $80 programming fee, I found out…. the key just needed a new battery. [DID THE BERTERA ASSOCIATE EVEN CHECK THE BATTERY?]Throughout this process, I don’t think Bertera was being intentionally malicious, they just couldn’t be bothered to provide follow-up customer service once the initial sale was completed.
