Sammy Pagan: I have to say, they are very awesome. I drove nearly 7 hours for my father funeral, and after the burial I needed to purchase a tumbstone for my father grave site. I googled places, and ran into Normandeau Memorials and decided to drive to the location. Went inside the establishment and the gentleman that was working inside, indicated me that he was expecting an appointment very soon. Being a walk-in, he still decided to help me out before his appointment folks arrived and helped me choose a good and affordable stone with no hesitation. He was very professional and made sure I left satisfied with the service he had provided me in such short terms. Have to say, till this day that I am greatly appreciate for the service received. Thank you so much and will definitely give the a 5 star and again, thank you for your service in such short terms. God Bless yous all. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Dennis Parent: I came here to pick out my dad's tombstone. It is very big inside. They have alot of tombstones to choose from. This place is also clean and the lady that works here is nice. This place is in west Springfield mass on river dale road.
Donna McGee: I can't say enough about Normandeau Memorials. I live in Kentucky but my family's plot is in Springfield. On a recent visit I was devastated to find our monument damaged beyond repair. I worked with Mark who was so helpful and while I wanted to get a replacement close to the damaged statue, Mark helped me find the most economical solution possible. Living far away, this could have turned into a nightmare but I couldn't be happier with our new statue and service I received.

They told us when it would be in; and in fact it was installed that very same date. We brought our family together for a service. The entire family was very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this company. Infact, I talked with them today for a friend of mine who lives in Tennessee, and when her time comes, will be buried in this area. Bob Dektra: Horrible company with absolutely ZERO customer service. The owner is more worried about himself then he is the customer. He doesn't care about your timeline or have any sense of urgency. This company is terrible. I recommend going anywhere else, even making your own stone if you have to. This place is terrible.

Pepsi Gorton: I had the worst experience at "custom" monument. My husband and I went there by appointment after the death of our daughter. We were not even offered a seat, any privacy, and were expected to stand at a half wall to discuss plans and choose a stone, at a time when I was too distraught to stand while I discussed the death of my child and make choices to memorialize her.No compassion was expressed and they did not even once say they were sorry for our loss.They repeatedly told us how busy they were, but they would squeeze us in.They promised itemized estimates in 3 weeks...after 3 months we still had not received them.They clearly had great knowledge and experience with creating monuments, but their cold callousness was not worth their talent when they clearly felt there was no room in their business for compassion.We went elsewhere where we were treated with respect, compassion, patience, and understanding. We now have a truly amazing custom monument we love for our daughter, that came from a wonderful monument company in Westfield. It was well worth the drive.
