Robert Matthews: Wonderful to deal with. The guys here are professional, helpful, and fun to work with.They spend as much time as needed with you. They rectified an issue I had with a purchase from a GC from a different location and went above and beyond. I enjoyed my visit and had a great experience.Top notch customer service and super cool staff.

Jorge Mendez: I give it a 2 just because i found what I was looking for..even though the aisle was messy...the staff wasn't helpful at all..unprofessional service..disorganized and bad attitude when I asked for a price check..I think I had interrupted him playing the guitar behind the counter ..so I guess that's where the attitude stemmed from..I kept my cool 😎 ..had to be the BETTER person in this situation...I'd rather drive to there other location even if it takes me 1/2 hour to get there..foresure better service better organized...👎would not recommend them...take the drive to Connecticut...

Dan Gelinas: We went on Black Friday so I am sure the store was not in a normal state. It was very busy but the associate that helped us was excellent. He pointed us in the right direction for what we needed and made sure it worked for us before we made the purchase. The store was kind of a mess but like I said we went on Black Friday.

Evan X: If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst management of any guitar center I’ve ever been to, equipment thrown everywhere, complete dump. I asked multiple times for help from a skinny long haired kid and he repeatedly gave me the same response, “I don’t know if we have it, whatever’s there.” THE STRINGS WERE LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU BRO!?! Don’t ever waste your time going here. 0/10.
Matt Frazier: This place has the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. Swearing loudly at the counter for all to hear and talking about things that I would fire a bartender for, never mind a music store employee.

I cannot complaint … Very good customer services .. and they do have some beautiful Guitars..
Triggered Snowflake: Went to sell a guitar I no longer use. Called ahead to check price and the offer I received matched what was expected. The whole interaction was rather quick. Staff were polite. No complaints.
