THE JAMN FAM: I called before coming and asked the price of a uv gel manicure and was told 35.00. I asked for clear polish as I wanted a natural look. So disappointed that I was charged 45.00 for it and was told they used clear gel polish. They stated next time to tell them I want clear polish? Lara Cushman: Went with a friend for manicures and pedicures prior to commencement. Both of us had a few toes bleeding due to digging while cutting skin around nails, which made the rest of the experience uncomfortable. Manicure station had the towel down from a prior customer, which was not clean. I asked for my nails to be cut shorter but was not asked how much shorter or what shape I'd like. The left hand was cut and shaped with a file but the right hand was cut unevenly and not shaped with a file, so each hand looks different.Services:Pedicure,Manicure

I will still be going just wont ask for her.

Tatyana Perez: This is the best nail salon hands down I refuse to go anywhere else and will wait weeks and weeks until I can make time in my schedule to go, Kat is great and never disappoints she always exceeds my expectations and the prices are great! My nails always last me 4-6 weeks and if I have rhinestones or anything they never fall off or move out of place! The salon is very well kept and clean it's a nice environment to be in while you're waiting to get your nails done. If you need your nails done this is definitely the place to go!

paige simonds: This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. I had to make a trip to cvs for antibiotics cream to ensure I didn’t get an infection from this place. I went in planning to get my nails and toes done, left before getting my nails done because I was so traumatized. I have massive cuts on BOTH my big toes, which was caused by the salon and the polish looks horrible. She caused these cuts, then tried to scrub them with a pretty hard bristle brush, causing an extreme amount of pain. I’m saying ow, but she’s not really stopping. The tools were dug out of a dirty caddy, seemed so unclean and I’m genuinely concerned I’m going to get an infection. This was my first and last time at this salon. Disappointed bc it had decent reviews, but I wouldn’t trust them. I literally had to go get antibiotics cream to help the cuts after, and paid 40$ for absolute horrible service. Could not get out of there fast enough, would give 0 stars if possible, left with horrible pedicure and in literally pain. I attached some photos so you can see the cuts under the cuticles if you don’t believe me.Service:Pedicure

Mikenzie: Great customer service and experience for engagement photo nails. I brought in an inspiration picture and Lily helped bring it to real life.
Natalie: Called a few hours ahead to see available for a gel manicure. Was told I could come in at 6:15 for a gel manicure, was told “See you then” which puts me under the impression that my spot would be held. I get there around 6:10, there’s no parking, I park at a nearby lot and go inside, I tell the young man at the reception desk that I had called and was told to come at 6:15 for my gel manicure. He says “Yeah, we’re booked, some other people beat you here so you’ll have to come back a different day.” So they forfeited my spot to take a large party ahead of me. If they had become that busy all of a sudden then they should have at least called or anything before I drove 20 minutes to get there for the time I was given. Very disappointing and I will certainly not be trying them again.

Maria Figueroa: Gel Mani-Pedi. Have only been here twice but for me, going back a second time usually leads to a third and so forth. I have been very satisfied with their work and it lasts longer than other places I've gone to. Prices are the same if not several dollars cheaper than the mall but better the product. They give massages after your mani and their spa pedi isn't too shabby either....my second time I almost fell asleep felt so nice!!
Foodie Lee: Okay. Here is my honest opinion of this place.Pros: you have to make an appointment to come. (Love that idea)- the staff is super friendly- the establishment itself is nice, spacious, and clean-after they finish your nails they dip your hands in wax AND give you a 2-4 min massage. The only con:Prices are the same wether your getting a pedi/mani or if your just getting a color change. 😑Was not expecting to spend $65 just to change the color of my toes and hands. But otherwise everything else was amazing!Would I come again?Absolutely!I will just get the mani/pedi since it’s the same price. 🤷🏻♀️If your not coming here to do your nails.. are you really getting your money’s worth?Absolutely deserve the 5 stars! 🌟

Products are a good quality too. What motivates me to come back is the service. The technicians ask questions and make sure your pampered. I enjoy the wax treatment at the end of my manicure. Then the polish didn’t even stay on for more then a few hours. When going back to get fixed he tried to put different colors on when I told him what color I needed. I will never come back. Jessica Diaz: Simply Wow Wow and Wow!! The employees here are so EXTREMELY friendly and kind like no other Ive ever even used outside of Massachusetts. I received services to my feet and nails that I wasn’t even expecting with such care and attentiveness. And just when I thought I was done, here comes on awesome shoulder and neck rub from a different employee, like What??? It was great!! Highly recommend them without a doubt. Great massage, HOWEVER, on both visits they didn't scrub my feet leaving my heels rough. I spent $90 on a gel mani/pedi and now I have scrub my heals with my ped egg myself. This is supper frustrating! Sadly, I won't be going back. Please focus on the full pedi not just the massage and stones.
