LUZ-INDY NIEVES: Very disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž the empanadas had nice texture but only one shrimp in each... the meat empanada was mostly mashed potatoes with a hint of ground beef. The Cheese Areppa as you can see was burnt one one side and very small for the price... and to top it off... I almost puked as I sucked (what was a pretty good guava drink) a foreign object through the straw ๐ŸคฎIt was some kind of plastic (I suppose it could have been worse)!I had such high expectations for this Columbian restaurant... but won't be going back... Toni Santos: Delicious food. Unfortunately the lady that just answered the phone had a horrible attitude. I asked for 3 separate dinners for 3 separate people that wanted white meat but she refused to sell it to me. If I'm paying $40+ for food I should get what I want. I don't think it's unreasonable. 3 stars cause I like their food but the abrasiveness was absolutely unnecessary. Customer service skills are key.

Darlene Stevens: Went to 1811 Boston Rd Friendly's in Wilbraham, Ma yesterday with my husband. The waitress Melanie greeted us right away and showed us to our seat. She took our order and our food came in a timely manner. Never did we have to wait for anything, our waitress was very friendly and very prompt. She came back to the table a few times to see if we needed anything. Great customer service. We'll be back and make sure Melanie is our server.
Ronald Sisco: My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant for the past 12 years, and it was great for at least the first 8 of those years, but for the last 4 year's it has gone down hill in every aspect from the quality of service right to the quality of the food and even the ice cream aspect of this particular Friendly's restaurant nothing is made correctly no matter what you order from ice cream to burgers to quesadiallas nothing even tastes the same as 4 years back it's all gone downhill I just got an order of fries tonight and they looked like wendy's made these French fries all soggy and potatoe skin still attached to them if you went back 4 years they were great crispy French fries the chicken quesadiallas I ordered tasted awful like there was gelatin chicken put into the tortilla and the flavor and texture was way off from 4 years ago and the burgers have gone downhill also very dry and made incorrectly not even medium rare cooked at all my wife and hit it good once in a blue moon and that's what kept us going back to try again at getting another meal but this is the end I will never eat there again this last order of food and ice cream was one big mistake nothing made with any type of quality or pride McDonald's puts out a better tasting meal and further more McDonald's has good ice cream also we won't even compare the French fries the golden arches wins hands down so goodbye Friendly's in Palmer you will not be letting me down anymore and making me waste my hard earned money anymore so long ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ‘ I am surprised that you haven't gone out of business yet
Ian Muir: Food was ok, but the service was terrible. We ordered ice cream after dinner and it took more than 20 minutes to get it. There were only a handful of tables seated.Definitely avoid it if you don't have a lot extra time.
Ashley-Rose Saccamando: This was such a bad experience....we spent literally 2 hours for three people with at most 5 tables in use. Nothing but waiting and zero urgency in our waitress (Carlie H). Props to the other employees that did actually come to our table though. To also top it off, we got a sundae that was mint chocolate chip ice cream and was told the ice cream was at the bottom with no chips so they provided a side of them. No biggie. But as I ate, 1/3 of it was literally vanilla ice cream. That's pretty lazy on their part. Ive been in the food industry for 5 years so Im pretty understandable but this was something else. Michael Walker: Service was terrible. We were seated for 20 minutes with 3 kids before anyone even came to take our drink order. Food took over 40 mins to come out and we didnโ€™t see our waitress any times in between. I couldnโ€™t tell if there was a manager on, place seems to be run by kids. The restroom was disgusting and there was no soap to even wash our hands. I wouldnโ€™t normally go out of my way to write a poor review but the staff did not seem to care at all.

Ryan Crow: Food used to be good a few years ago now its just gross. Portions get smaller and smaller and everything tastes like it was frozen and microwaved. Always flavorless and squishy. But even worse than the food is the service. I don't know if they're understaffed or what but expect to wait forever at the front desk before you're even acknowledged. If you're ordering take out don't be shocked when you show up on time and still have to wait for your food. Last time I ordered take out I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they finished making my food just to find out nobody had ever made the ice cream. Never any attempt to make it up to you either, they would rather act like you're inconveniencing them by expecting them to do their job. I now see why all the Friendlys in the area have been closing over the past few years.
Jet Reardon: Myself and my daughter did an online order and the food definitely has gone downhill since the last time I was here. My sandwich was soggy and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way I ordered onion rings and they gave me 5 yes 5! My daughter didn't even eat her chicken sandwich, honestly the best part of her meal was the ice cream, no wonder all the stores are closed, so sad ๐Ÿ˜ข
Jenny Ferguson: Never refilled drinks, had to beg for silverware, napkins, and ketchup. Forgot to bring our appetizers. Nobody checked on us. We had to go to front to find our check and cash out. Expensive for under cooked food. To top it off, the waitress from another table put a dirty tray and food on the bench I was sitting on next to me well clearing, talking to her table. Our waiter could care less. Pass this location at all costs.

JAC Patrissi: So disappointed. Went there for a birthday for one in our small party of three because it was a favorite of theirs. They seemed surprised at our reservation, but pretended it was all fine, walking us down a long hallway into a large dark, adjunct function room that smelled like an old gym, where they sat us alone, turning on an industrial fan on their way out after seating us. Our guest wanted to stay (to be a good sport?) but it deteriorated from there. The drinks โ€”just iced chai and an alcohol free cocktailโ€”had so much syrup in them they were undrinkable; the sauces on the food uncharacteristically bitter and so heavy handed they drowned the food. Cookโ€™s night off? We usually love this place. What a miserable showing. They never asked a thing-โ€œThis okay? Was everything alright?โ€ cuz I am sure they had no interest in knowing. I did not want our guest to feel embarrassedโ€”otherwise we would have stopped when they led three of us to eat alone in the giant stink gym.
Jesse Coull: It is frustrating how slow service often is. Went for Valentine's Day; with reservations only, they have complete control of the number of guests they choose to seat and when. Yet we waited over an hour to get our appetizer, and watched several oth tables obviously frustrated with the speed of service. Unacceptable - we are going to stop taking our business here.

However, upon ordering we asked if the pickle chips appetizer are dill pickles, to which the waitress first said an extremely hesitant "....yes?" good news was she was happy to check but came back to say "they are "chips" pickles" sadly to say, that was obvious from the menu and NOT the question, so ordered blind with fingers crossed. Turned out to be a generous helping of that perfectly crispy with a nice crunch dill pickle chips.Again, the beautiful BBQ burger came along with our order of fries (sorry no sides come with your $16 burger). Awesome fries, but when we asked for malt vinegar they brought us balsamic. I'm sorry... not the same thing and sad that in a restaurant like this they wouldn't know the difference, someone should bump up the training here.$3 soft drinks beware, there's as much ice as will possibly fit in the cup so you end up with 2 ounces of soda and sorry... no free refills.All in all, the food was generally very good but be ready to have the order mixed up and get upcharged here and there.

This time I got way less (8oz) of the bisque than I was supposed to get and than the other one I got was completely poured ontop of a package of fries that shouldโ€™ve been closed packaging. I wanted to like this place. Even better this was supposed to come with aoli, it came with honey mustard.

Daniel Reis: I was curious about this place and somehow got the idea that the food would be good here. it always seems packed and it's difficult to get a reservation. wow I was quite wrong. walking in and sitting down, we could feel the grime and the dirt. the waiter was quite nice and obviously very experienced dealing with parties that had kids. he did a really good job although he did want to up the tab, naturally, with some way off the mark descriptions of the food. and about that food..... really quite bad. the jambalaya tasted like it was canned tomatoes canned beans and plain rice and cubed chicken breast with no flavorings (the sausage in the dish was good). heavy taste of tomato paste. my wife's fish was a messy puddle of pseudo Curry sauce surrounding cheesy rice with a very thin flavorless fish filet sitting atop it all for $24. I'm not sure what they were aiming for with this combo. one of the worst dishes I have had in the area. my son's plain pasta was $9, and had a very small container of fake parmesan to put on it. Our garden salad was $10, tiny, and was simply some mesclun with some grated carrot and pickled onions, bottled dressing. and there was a good wait for the food.maybe if we had just ordered burgers and beers we would have loved the place? that is what most people seem to be ordering. but this restaurant is not cheap, including the burgers, even with inflation factored in. when one spends a good chunk of change on three really bad dishes, and waits a good while for the food, sitting in dirty booths, it leaves a really bad taste in one's mouth. no pun intended.
