Albert Tranghese: Extremely Professional!!! I had them install new granite countertops while doing a complete new Kitchen remodel. Unfortunately after install we found the back of the granite was cut slightly off. Mike came out to inspect the small error and also noticed a very small crack. Both problems were very small and could be overlooked by myself. Mike was unhappy with the product that was installed and insisted on replacing it. Even in the middle of the Holidays he fit me in and installed a complete new granite countertop. Amazing it is absolutely perfect. Its hard to find people with that kind of pride. I would highly recommend ES Countertops to anyone!!!

Brianna Grimaldi: This business is the most disrespectful and rude place I have ever encountered. My family purchased a vanity and was told it would be in by Christmas. We called multiple times prior to know the status of the vanity, no response or call back. Then they receive a call stating it won’t be in until mid January. The business promised a date and when we called about this the manager stated “oh you need to talk to the sales rep” why ??? For her to just deny saying what date she promised us ? Get out of here ! A manager should be able to handle this type of a situation and not a sales rep. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.This is completely unacceptable from a company to set an expectation about a product then fail to deliver on good customer service. This is not a standard business practice and myself and family will be sure to not recommend this company’s products or services to anyone. I would LOVE to see the manager call me about this.

Meg Marie: Well to start, Im a big fan of supporting small businesses and at the end of the day the countertops came out beautifully. The low score is mostly for the process of getting the countertops and the sink ordeal.My experience was not great, it felt very very unorganized. The only times I received a phone call was for the deposit and final payment. Besides that, I had to call for templating, and call multiple times regarding the day they would be installed. The initial back and forth of emails was also very repetitive. I answered the same question 3 to 4 times in a week span.After the countertops and sink were installed, I wish they did a walk through to make sure everything is good to go. The sink has many scratches in it, which once I contacted them, said it must have been the manufacturer... SO when templating and installing, they never noticed the huge scratches or if they did, continued to install and oh well.Ultimately, I wish I shopped around more and I recommend looking elsewhere.

And if it's not on the lot they can get it for you. Kim was so easy to work with and pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for in our quartz counter tops. Luke is awesome and made sure our quartz was exactly how we wanted it, installation was a breeze, and Adam literally was the icing on the cake! Granite Creations is a local, family owned business who has been doing this for a long time! They knew they’re stuff, and more importantly, they're customer service is top notch. jeremy jordan: Went there to get some beautiful granite countertops they upscale sold me some lovely granite with blue in it from some vein somewhere that was the last of its kind. While they were installing it I noticed a line running down the front of my countertop and they said that was just the natural grain of the stone and it was sealed and wouldn't be a problem so I said great. Well now that natural crack that wouldn't be a problem has started to lift I thought okay they're not that new. So I go to look underneath and lo and behold they had tried to seal an already existing break from underneath at the time of purchase. That apparently "natural crack "was not at all natural. And there underneath ,was a very prominent repair that could only be seen from underneath inside the cabinet. Photos are attached. They screwed me, they knew it, they took my money and now it's too late...

I phoned Granite Creations in the afternoon, and shortly thereafter Adam phoned saying he would come over and take a look. Adam fixed the sink! Claudia O'Brien: This is a user friendly business. Kim Luke and Christine tried in every way to help me find a special material and coloration for my new Custom Wood Design kitchen and bath. They sent me to a wonderful distributor who had very beautiful and large stone slabs. The large slabs helped to see the variations. They expertly installed both room counters. One extremely large counter needed a small seam. It could have looked really bad but you can hardly see it! They then helped me find the perfect color for our new Stone built 10ft grill and components.They gave such good advice and I knew that they really cared about the quality and my concerns.Great service and professionalism!

Kim and Christine were just great to work with, they always had helpful suggestions and were patient with us as we took our time and had many trips to the store and warehouses as we decided. They went above and beyond for us when we found the specific slab of granite we really wanted for our kitchen island, we needed two of them to make it work and they were able to find another slab cut from the same lot at another warehouse and coordinated securing that for us. They were able to schedule the templates and installation around a tight timeframe we had in order to coordinate with the other sub-contractors. The installation went very well, the cuts all look great, everything was delivered and installed accurately and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We are so very happy with the service and the counters we got!

david gagne: Well, the product is exceplenty. The issue I have and buyer beware is I just received a certified letter of demand for an additional 147$ with no explanation. Their employees left all their paperwork at my house when they left and their bosses were calling frantically to get it. I had to go to home depot to find out why I was getting this bill, they said their workers had to cut an additional 2 square feet for my sink! My sink is just over 2 square feet and the sink cut was supposed to be free. Beware.........i have all my paperwork if anyone would like to seeDave
