Jonathan Landry: Do not bring your car for service here. As a friend of a former employee and a current service department customer. They're service representatives are entirely inconsistent and they knowingly will not provide you a loaner vehicle even if they have several on lot. Even in a case where they have given wrong information or made a mistake the dealership still will not provide you the vehicle. They have left my family inconvenienced without a vehicle for a factory recall repair. It should be a general point of customer service to work around this issue but they refuse to give straight answers as to why they cannot provide a vehicle it's just a bunch of statements like "Well I'll have to check with my manager" or "We may be able to once we've assessed whether it's covered". I've had a recall at 2 other dealerships with my other vehicle and the loaner car was provided as a service of them so it's entirely untrue they cannot just loan you a car.

East Coast lovin': I've been trying for weeks to get a phone call back. I've spoke to the Manager? and two different service managers who all promised they would be the ones to help. Not a single phone call back. I call every other day and they say "they're with a customer. I'll have him call you back", it has NEVER happened. I just don't understand how a business runs like this. Unbelievably rude.

Wong Cedric: I scheduled services at this dealership on Mar 8, 2023. I asked for a shuttle service to get to work in the morning. After an hour, I received a call from the service department to inform me that my vehicle was ready and air filter replacement was recommended. I also mentioned that I won't be there around 4pm. No one called me back after this call. I started calling the service department at 4pm and dialed over 20 calls, but no one picked up the phone. Then, I called the sales department and they helped me to transfer my call, but no one picked up the phone so I left a voice message. A guy from the service department called me at 5pm. I told him that I needed a shuttle to get back to the dealership. He told me there was no shuttle after 2pm, but no one mentioned this before. He charged me over the phone and left my key to the sales department. I tried to request a ride on Lyft, but no one was willing to take the request since it was busy hours. It was 32 degrees out there. I walked almost an hour from work to the dealership and reached there at 5:57pm. This is the worst service ever that I've received from the dealership. No one feels sorry and apologizes to me. If I can give a 0, I will absolutely give them a 0!!!!!
CR: I've brought my car to their service department twice. They didn't fix the problem either time, but they made sure to charge me hundreds of dollars. This most recent time, not only did they charge me 500 dollars to not fix the problem, but the lady on the phone was completely condescending and unapologetic for their terrible service. They pretended like somehow the plan was never to fix the car in the first place, and that they never claimed they fixed it. Then what was I charged 500 dollars for? It was one of the most unbelievable things I've ever heard from a supposed professional. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a car repair service. Avoid having your car serviced here if you value your time, money, and sanity.

gail kasuba: It took too long to care inspected. We arrived at 11 and we missed the 11:40 cut off for the inspection. We waited in the dealership for inspections to resume. Instead of being first in line, someone beat us out. We finally got our socket around 1:40. I complained and that said is too bad, somebody beat me the first inspection after lunch. Since we were there since 11:00 , I figured that we had a1:00 appointment for inspection. This was totally unacceptable and casts dispersion on any future dealing with Balise Nissan.

Bill B: I made an appointment for an oil change. It was a Wednesday in April and the service coupon was 50% off $74.95. When I got there, the service advisor presented me the paperwork for $89.99. When I stated the coupon said $74.95, she said it's been $89.99 for a while now. I feel the $74.95 advertised price on the coupon should have been honored.

Mike Boscarino: I won't give them one star because they are professional and the facility is clean, and I haven't had any problem with the quality of maintenance they perform. But there prices are predatory and unreasonable. I had an oil change and tire rotation done in August of 2022, it was $77. Four months later we get another oil change and tire rotation and the price out the door was $116. The cashier said "the price of oil has gone up a lot." I compared the bill details between the two services, which were exactly the same, and found $39 of extra charges being added to the latest servicing. I gave them a phone call and the service advisor said that they are adding new stuff to their oil and they have to include that in the price now. So my warning to anyone reading this review, be on your toes when you are dealing with these folks. Like any dealership, they will try to sneak in charges wherever they can. I thought I had found a good dealership to have our vehicle serviced but my most recent visit shows that they are just as sneaky and conniving as any other dealership. I am very disappointed with them.
Fred TV: Great Price... Didn't have to haggle or negotiate. Didn't have to worry about market adjustment fees!!! I drove from Delaware to Connecticut because no other dealership in my area could beat their price. I will reach out to Nissan Enfiled for future purchases. The whole purchase process was a breeze.

Sue Decapua: We recently met Corey Brennan who listened to our tale of woe (my car had been totaled), what we were looking for (and he asked very good questions to help me remember what was important to me in a vehicle), and showed us some choices that were right on target. He was friendly and professional and NOT PUSHY (very important). I was also impressed as the Nissan Dealership was not charging any percentage over MSRP (some - like Kia and Honda are doing this). And the Manager, Miguel, took the time to come out and meet us and talk about our choice. What a good experience!

I took my car in on Monday 9/26/2022. I was told they were going to do a full inspection on my car and charge me two diagnosis fees. Which I was okay with. However they did not do that. They diagnosis one thing that "they thought was the issue and fixed it" however the issue was not fixed and I strongly feel I was taken advantage of and should not have paid $630.00 I still paid it. I took it back and now they are saying it can be multipole things wrong with my car if that's the case they should of said that on Monday, they made it seem like the issue they fixed was the only issue with my car. If I am in the wrong that's fine I'll accept the fact I paid $630.00 for a part. I guess I'll wait to see what the Better Business Bureau has to say.
D.L. Martin: Everything about my experience at LIA was wonderful. Matt Salvador and John Stowe made the process go so smoothly. Matt whom I originally reached out to was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Matt walked me through the entire lease buyout process over the phone, he took his time and was so patient. I was pleasantly surprised as the dealer I leased my car from in MA was the complete opposite. Finally, allow me to mention John Stowe, the sales manager. Again, very professional- so refreshing. As a senior it made a real difference.

The entire sales team was patient with my purchase process while I was dealing with the insurance claim and financing. Some people may say, there’s no difference from dealership to dealership. I would whole heartedly disagree. My experience with Lia Nissan far exceeds my car buying experiences in the past with other vehicle makes. I am beyond grateful for their service and understanding while unexpectedly replacing my vehicle due to Mother Nature. Strongly recommend them to anyone that asks!
