S T: I am giving 2 stars for the taste of the food we got. It was ok but salty in addition to not one thing being the spice level requested. The poor and rude service, SMALL ridiculous portions and forgotten items were unconscionable for the price I paid for our dinner for 4 tonight. We will not be back. If you doubt my review look at how they respond to criticism, they blame everyone but themselves for their faults. If you are any kind of lover of Indian food save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere or cook at home. Save yourself the irritation. I could have saved myself near $100 instead of trying to support a local business and have a nice night at home with my family.

The guy was pleasant and the place was cleaned. We ordered takeout Jerk Oxtails and Jerk Pork. Got to our hotel and ready to dig in. Wow! Was I disappointed! Both dishes was flooded with gravy. . .smothered rice I called it. Both meats were tasteless. Only filled with gravy. The Cabbage had a funny taste, and the Plaintains were soft and tasted like it was fried in old oil. I am not sure how these people gave 4/5 stars, i think they don't know what authentic Jamaica food taste like and had been bamboozled all this time. Sorry, my recommendation is DO NOT GO THERE!! We called back the place to speak to the guy and got attitude.

Erin Faith Page: We have a specific love and appreciation for Jamaican food so we have sampled from places all over MA, CT and PA. Jamaica Spice Paradise is by far our favorite spot. The owner is an incredible chef who takes pride in all he cooks and was happy to share some of his cooking history with us explaining that his food is original old Jamaican recipes.I am vegetarian and have had two of the stew options: the Bob Marley Stew which is rich and sweet and the Jamaican Stew which is rich and savory. Both are delicious and full of flavor.My spouse is a meat eater and has had Oxtails and Jerk chicken: the Oxtails are cooked to perfection, soft, moist, gelatinous and the sauce is the perfect rich thin kind. The jerk chicken can be ordered mild or spicey, it is moist, juicy, and full of flavor.We have also had the coconut rice, white rice, and rice and peas which are all delicious. The cabage is shredded almost like a slaw, flavorful, fresh, crunchy, perfect. The plantains are so so sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Seriously... you have to try their food, it is worth every penny.

Moaz Albezreh: Stopped here with my family while we were in the area. We definitely will be coming back. From their falafel to their chicken shawarma to their beef. Everything was amazing. Service was amazing too. You can tell everyone works hard and they value their service and customers. Chris Shashaty: To start, grew up eating Lebanese from my Sitti and my father so without a doubt my favorite cuisine. Ordered delivery as I am working an Expo in town. Falafel sandwich was fresh, decent portion. Grilled chicken skewer was bizarre it was like chicken pieces in a tin with some lettuce. It kind of reminded me of the makings of a chicken burrito. Grape leaves were decent. To be honest what made me write this review is when a business advertises one price and then when you order they say something stupid like "oh that pricing is old". Legit said "oh the pricing has changed twice since whats online, that pricing is two years old". This gets under my skin and comes off soooo dishonest especially when your delivery driver drives a BMW. Today my entire team comes in and I was extra excited to share this food with them and buy everyone lunch for the next 4 days. It just rubs me the wrong way. I wish them the best.

Michael Stromberg: Sunny Side was my fiancé and my favorite place to eat for breakfast ever!!!! Egg benedict is the best however, the wait time can be very long (longest one time has been 45 mins on average is 30) and there is no place to stand while waiting. It is a very crammed entrance way and They do not take your name or anything. They do not clarify that you need to write your name down to be on the waiting list. Even when it is your turn (if you know to write your name down) if you are not in the door way you lose your spot. They need to find a better way of having people wait. They hopefully will expand or have a way of getting groups that are eating out quicker. Also, families tend to finish eating and lounge around for a while.

Eric Anderson: Until today experience has been good. Today I was bypassed on the seating list 4 times. I watched others on the listed chased down outside so I felt confident waiting outside until to groups outside with us were called before me so I went inside and watched 2 more seated before me. I asked and was told my name is on the list. Won't waste my time again. Left without eating. Food is usually very good but 3 different people bypassing me is to much.

The options were good and I think I should have tried eggs Benedict but instead I went for an omelette and ended up paying couple of extra bucks because I did not realize that for every vegetable you’re adding you have to pay an additional $.99.
Arsenio: Food was good. Get the corned beef hash extra crispy or it might be too soft and mushy but that’s all personal preference. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Portions were great. I had the omelette with bacon and it was packed. Prices are also reasonable. Would definitely come here again if I was in the area.
denise miltimore: Sunny side up is a small place in West Springfield Mass. Located off Riverdale Rd across the street from CVS pharmacy. They have very friendly employees. The food is really good and for a breakfast & lunch nook it is small but cozy. They have a wide range of menu items and, their food portions are generous. I would definitely go back there again.
