jamie roberge: Normally I shop at the Enfield location because this location is much more busy. It did not disappoint because it was pretty busy. Usually I give Costco 5 stars but I don't like having to say excuse me fifty times during a one hour shopping trip.

Bren: Never had an issue at this Costco until ringing out and happened to catch cashier “Gail” in the worst possible mood today. She engaged in a completely inappropriate reaction with my boyfriend and I at checkout, complaining about a simple mistake we made, complaining about her job, complaining about other customers. It was very uncomfortable, and I’d prefer she send someone else to assist if she cannot handle her emotions. It was some odd misdirected anger.

Organic food (both fresh and frozen), camping stuff (tents), bicycles, baby gear (diapers, clothes, odds and ends), mattresses, cookware, allll the meats, allll the fruits. I follow a low-carb diet and I was beyond excited today to find Keto ice cream bars. I had to have one in the parking lot and it was heavenly on this sunny spring day. Plenty of parking. Staff super friendly. I even saw a nice young staff member helping an older woman to her vehicle and unloaded her items for her. There are great people still. If I could suggest one thing to this location it would be to get more Fairlife protein shake flavors. The West Springfield store carries Strawberry Banana. Why don't you??
