Katherine Williams: Good food, I love the spicy chicken from appetizers

Lisa Lisa: The food was great, and the waitress was phenomenal. She (I think her name was Emily) suggested the best bang for our buck, and she also let us know some of her favorite meals, sides and sauces. Her suggestions were spot on and didn't disappoint the palate. I gave 4 stars because the utensils (steak knife and fork) were dirty. We asked for a hot glass of water to clean them and that was that. Only other thing was they ran out of a certain sauce and a certain type of chicken strip or nugget, but they made it right with a comparable substitution. The wait staff had one thing in mind and that was to give the customer the best eating experience of their lives. I'd definitely go back.

Fujita 5: I heard good things about Longhorns so we decided to stop in for dinner. We went a little early because I know this place gets real busy very quickly. We were seated almost immediately and reviewed the menu. I was in the mood for a steak and decided on the rib-eye and rice pilaf. My partner ordered a rack of baby back ribs and broccoli. Salads were really good and it wasn't long before the entrees came. My steak was cooked a perfect med-rare but was so over seasoned that unfortunately I couldn't taste the meat. I wasn't crazy about the bland rice. I shared my steak and she gave me half of her ribs. It was a large rack but the sauce was way too sweet for my tastes and one again I couldn't taste the meat. Overall I was not impressed and won't be going back. Alot of money for a poorly executed meal.

I went in with my husband for my birthday and to begin with they sat us all the way in the back when they had seats in the front but I saw mostly minority were sat there and our waitress Jessica could not be any colder not even a smile for a second there I thought I was in Alaska. NICOLE HJELTE: Hands down BEST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE in a very long time. **Everything tasted like perfection.** My only complaint was that the lobby smelled kinda bad when i walked in...not sure why. It almost made me turn around and leave. I am glad I walked past it. I live in WA state...wish we had this chain there.

Jedi_Toker81: Great food, steaks were cooked at a perfect medium rare. Last visit we had one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Definitely the best at this location. The only thing that I didn't really like is the atmosphere. I don't want to go eat and hear the wait staff yelling about someone's birthday multiple times in an hour and a half time period. It's just too loud and kinda cringe.

Anne C: Frequently get to-go. Usually excellent. Last time they forgot gravy. Not that big of a deal. This time ordered 2 6oz and they call (very nice) to let me know out of 6 but have 8oz. I accept. Open my order and no smothered, no gravy, no sour cream. Now I'm annoyed and I call and complain and the woman says "I can refund you the cost of the smothered $2.29". The tone was not nice and I explained that these omissions changed my whole meal and I wasn't calling for the $2.29 but to complain that it goes beyond the money the meal is not the same. Finally she say she is sorry. For the cost of the meal that she knows they screwed up because she told me the smothered was missing before I said anything, minimally she should have called when she discovered the error just as she did regarding the steak. NOT happy tonight. I never do, but I was annoyed and I hung up.
