Meditative Soul Music Binaural Beats 11:11:17: I like this place. They pay attention to detail. I have had 2 alignments in the last 2 years and none of them told me my right camber couldn't be adjusted properly. Those other places just handed me the keys and said.. Your all set! The tech's dont try to pull the wool over your eyes.. they all are very trust worthy and make u feel good.

Jay Wolf: Bought a set of "take offs" for my 06 Tahoe. There is nothing these guys could have done better. I was promised new tires, and perfect rims, and that is what I got. The tires still had "nipples" all over the tread, and the rims were perfect. I called ahead and they not only changed the tire sensors to work with my older vehicle, but mounted them and coded them for me at a VERY REASONABLE price!

Talked to them a couple times on the phone before I made the trip very knowledgeable about what I needed said they could take care of me. Tom Avezzie: Don't Bother scheduling appointments! I called to set up an appointment for my tire rotation. There were no morning appointments for 4 days. We scheduled one because of other obligations at 10:30.As soon as I arrived, my customer service rep was trying to get me ready for up selling. How many miles were on my tires, had I already had a alignment, my tires look like they had some wear-do I pout a lot of miles on.When he went to computer-my mileage was 5,000 mile since last set was put on with alignment and balance and oldest tires had about 11,000 miles.That was not truly my issue. When I asked how long it would take to ROTATE my tires, HE SAID IT WOULD BE AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. I asked why so long and stated I scheduled an appointment, so that my time would be scheduled and I had an appointment scheduled for my business. He said he could not be more specific and it may take up to 2 hours depending on how busy they were on other jobs.I thanked him for his understanding and assistant and left.Buying tires here has been no bargain.
Mi Li: Called days in advance to make sure they had the tires I needed and made the appointment to have installed at a certain time. When I arrived I was told they only shipped one of the four tires I ordered. I was leaving for a trip and needed tires before I left. I had to purchase much lower quality tires at a very similar price. I was told the install would take about an hour but did not get my vehicle back for 3 hours. No explanation, no updates on what was happening. While waiting at least one employee was doing shots of Patron with another customer. I will stick with my local owned tire shops from now on, even if I have to pay a bit more.
