Springers Oil LLC: what do users think?
Be “e” ktor: I've been buying from them for years and never had an issue.Received a delivery today and the two guys were great as always. He saw the cap I had didn't screw on properly so I was gifted one that could twist on. No charge, just friendly customer service.I would recommend them anytime!
Lukasz Lipert: Tried placing order with this company for oil twice in the last few months. I was told that they could not deliver the oil due to faulty whistle. I spoke with springers supervisor and addressed the issue. A licensed and fully insured technician came out and fixed the problem. My oil tanks, furnace and oil pipes have been inspected recently in December to ensure I could get another oil delivery. I provided this company with the invoice to which they rejected and placed my address on DO NOT DELIVER list. My previous purchases were paid in advance with credit card. Is Springers oil in the business of selling heating oil or picking and discriminating on their loyal customers?
Shaheed Harris: Great prices & service.
Brian Grivois: To respond to your comment…I am not asking for something for free, just some understanding. I was shocked that I would be charged a delivery fee going forward when I was a customer of yours for 10 years. I would understand a one time fee for missing it that time, but not going forward. Plus accusing me of refusing to answer the door, when it was my dog. But More frustrating was the lack of listening/understanding from the manager. I always pay by check I was told it had to be paid in cash. The complaint was 3 weeks later, because that’s when I called to have it redelivered and given the information that warranted a complaint. You lost a costumer over it. But as your manager said….”perfect!” Maybe some customer service training would be beneficial for her, How to listen, not talk over people, show some shred of kindness, To not insist something happened then tell me she has no idea because she wasn’t there, and Then when I asked to speak to you to explain the situation, snapped that you would say the same thing. This is what google reviews are for, to share about our experience with your company. But based on your response to my review, it makes sense why the manager spoke to a customer the way she did.Oil customer for over 10 years. I forgot to put the check on the door before my husband went to work. It was an issue because I was a week post op from a broken leg and fractured my ankle. By the time my husband came to check in on me at his break, it was too late. When I called to reorder oil and they would only deliver with a delivery fee because the manager I spoke with said, the owner said that there was someone here in the door way that wouldn’t answer the door and payment wasn’t left. Since I was sleeping at the time he came, it must have been my dog he mistook for a human being. I tried explaining and the manager was RUDE. I was trying to explain but cut off, spoken over and told she wasn’t there so didn’t know, just what she was told. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he’s going to tell you the same. When I told the manager not to bother having the owner call me that I would not continue as a customer the manager said Perfect!Thank you! I was able to find cheaper oil.
susan settle: Called 3 days ago was quoted a price.. 1 day ago they call and say they have no more oil and cancel our order. This morning they have oil and refuse to honor the quoted price.RIP off and not smart..Contacted the state attorney.. it was all audio recorded...don't trust liars and cons..
Jessica Cutter: We have been very pleased with using Springers Oil for all our home heating needs! Their oil prices can’t be beat and their technician is top notch. Tony, one of their technicians, has been our savior. He is attentive, responsive, and fixed our furnace when other companies were claiming the furnace was unfixable. He has come to our home same day to get our furnace back up and running keeping our home toasty warm. Thank you so much, Tony!
Jeff Faust: A+. I shop around, and Springer’s always has a great price. Polite and courteous on the phone. Arrives when they say it will, usually within a couple days.
Zarrella: Technician came out to do yearly maintenance on my furnace. Put the wrong nozzle on furnace. Causing furnace to shut down. Wanted $2500 for repairs to a furnace that was working before they worked on it. Got a second opinion $600 to get back up and running. Springers oil refused to refund money for repairs or pay for repairs to fix my furnace.
Michael Griffin: Horrible experience! I was going to be a first time customer with Springers oil. I called on Monday and was told I’d get my delivery Tuesday. An hour later I received a call from them stating the delivery wouldn’t be until Wednesday (no big deal) I agreed. I received another phone call later Monday evening asking to put a check on the door tonight (with no amount due to getting a fill up, again no big deal) because their drivers were starting early in the morning. Now today being Wednesday my check still on the door around 10 am I receive another call stating there driver is there, and the person who came to the door said they didn’t order oil. Clearly that person wasn’t me and they weren’t at the correct address. The receptionist realized after me spelling out my street name that was indeed the issue, and their driver was on Sidor drive and not Theodore st. And it was too far to travel today and insisted it was’t in my area and they would not deliver now until Friday. After realizing how close the The driver was I called back and expressed my concerns about their credibility due to my deliver date being changed twice and what if they did it again and I ran out of oil or the price rose more with another company, they didn’t care, even after telling them how dissatisfied I was and was willing to share my experience with others.
Jose Rivas: Got a called about that they put oil in wrong appartment, ask me if I wanted to keep it and pay over time. I said no and wanted it remove. The lady said it was the person who called that told them to put it there, then when they called they said it was there fault. They said it would be fast and easy. Definitely wasn't fast and easy.Customer service there sucks. Dont have time for the blame game.Lost a customer
Roger Cardin: They delivered the oil the following day of the placed order. But be careful when ordering oil with your charge card...... They charged my credit card $640.75 for $304.53 of oil on 10/21/2019. They told me they would credit me the difference within a couple of days. On 11/14 I had to call the credit card company to get involved because when I called I was told they would credit me when they had time to do it. Very unprofessional.
PICK IT UP!!: One of the drivers just blew through a stop sign and almost hit me. Unbelievable
