david galanis: Robbins eye care is has the rudest "know it all" women working the front desk. They submit billing incorrectly such that your vision care does not cover your visit. Instead, they bill your medical insurance first which causes the medical deductable to be part of the equation when you go to get your yearly eye exam. Beware of Robbin eye, as the lie to your face. Boycott Robins and their rude staff.

Jean Dowd: This is the best eye MD office I have ever been to. It is very organized. Once you are finished with your thorough eye exam, the optician meets you in the lobby with your prescription and insurance coverage in hand, and assists you in picking out glasses and/or contacts. Your insurance coverage is explained in detail and they make recommendations based on the prescription and your insurance coverage. I had the best experience here and they actually worked it out so that with my insurance coverage, I paid nothing for my glasses!

Trish Nonya: I pick up my glasses on Friday 2/17/23. Within a few hours I called them and told them something wasn't right with my prescription. I was told I needed to go back to my eye Dr. I received a second pair of glasses from an online eye glass place on 2/18/23. Glasses were great. I brought my glasses back in to forest park eye care 2/22/23 they checked both my glasses. Told me my glasses were both correct I said I'm still having issues with them. I would like a refund because at this point I don't trust yall. Plus I was hung up on twice when I called Friday. Can't do a refund so I'm stuck with a 175 dollar paper weight. I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years first time I've ever had any kind of issue with my lens. Avoid this place at all costs! How can.they be correct if I'm having issues seeing out of them? Worst place ever.

John Rivera: Went to office to pick up my wife’s prescription and was told the doctor didn’t sign off on it. My wife had spoken to someone at the front desk (2 days before) and was told everything was good and that the doctor signed off on her chart to get prescription for contacts. They took her payment of over a hundred dollars for contacts and she wanted prescription also. Needless to say, nothing was true other than them taking payment for contacts. I handed over my phone to the worker so she could talk to my wife and she puts phone on speaker and gave attitude AND a FACE in front of me. Needless to say, that conversation didn’t go well. This PERSON should be happy she has a job at all. So when you call and get one of them, keep in mind THE FACE being given while you’re talking to them.
