stephanie rivera: I just have to say Smith Smiles was the most amazing experience, with the most amazing crew who are extremely kind hearted people! I loved going to my appointments which is rare for me to go to anything to do with teeth or dentistry and not hate it. I can whole heartedly say i will miss going to my appointments at Smith Smiles, but i’m extremely glad that they helped achieve my dreams of having perfect teeth so from the bottom of my heart thank you Dr. Smith and Marriane for being so kind to me, i truly appreciate you both as well as the rest of the workers. here are my teeth in October 2021 to now March 2022! thank you Smith Smiles!
Doug S: We had both of our Children treated at Dr Smith's office and we were very pleased with the results and costs. One of our children got the Invisalign and the other traditional braces, so we experienced both paths of treatment. They have an outstanding staff at every level and really went out of their way, especially with my daughter who had the traditional braces to get her treatment completed and get her smile completely finished. The costs were fair and various discounts were offered that made the finances easier to swallow. Dr Smith is always available for any questions and on one occasion he even offered to come in on his day off so that coordinating a required procedure with another dentists office would work sooner and hence get the braces off weeks earlier. Follow-up afterwards is great too, free checkups to monitor retainer use.
Landale Armstrong: 2 weeks until I can see the orthodontist after records got taken became "you get a vague email in 2+ weeks only other orthodontists would understand and then you have to schedule your own appointment after that anyway, that's by the way, a further 2 weeks away"Hate being mislead and I hate people wasting my time. Do not recommend.
Bob Roulier: Dr. Smith and his entire staff are an extraordinary bunch!Despite the fact that my youngest son has been accompanying his 2 older brothers to Dr. Smith's office for years, he was not happy when we told him it was possibly his turn for braces. Dr. Smith and his entire staff completely turned him around in a matter of seconds! Dr. Smith was telling jokes, doing magic tricks, and chatting it up in his fun, silly way and totally connected with my son. He came home so excited at the prospect of braces! I am grateful for the impressive bedside manner & professionalism everyone who works at the office exhibits. Dr. Smith’s knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. MY 2 older sons have smiles that light up the room, thanks to Dr. Smith and his crew.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs braces (or Invisalign!)

Hayley Neves: I had an issue as far as payment options they expected me to pay 2000 up front in order to get my braces off and get my retainer lied to me about it because legally they have to take your braces off even if you don’t have the full balance and all I was trying to do was call and see what my options were to see if I could possibly make payment increments to pay the balance but she said I wasn’t able to I had to pay the balance or she was sending to collections Julie was very rude and so unprofessional ... I honestly do recommend the doctor he’s very kind and knows what’s he doing but other than that I don’t recommend dealing with Julie very unkind and unprofessional ....
julissa perez: Wow how time flies as your child grows this is my second time around with my youngest daughter- and I would never dream of having another orthodontist take Doctor Scott's place ! HE is awesome with his patients the staff always greets you with smiles what a nice place, i couldn't be happier😊
Laura Harlow: I had an appointment in an adjoining building. I went into this dental office to ask for directions to the eye doctor and was met with an absolute rude team of women inside the office who spoke rudely to me with my two children present.They did not say hello, and we're extremely rude and not helpful. They mocked me as I left, saying that I should have been able to find it on my own. There is something to be said about a friendly and kind staff, and this place didn't have either that morning. No stars deserved.
Jeff Consedine: My twin boys have been seeing Dr Scott and his staff and we could not be happier. son #1 just had his braces removed and son 2 will be done shortly. I can not recommend highly enough.
sylvia delisle: Oops! I chose the wrong Orthodontist and the wrong method of orthodontic appliances. Per Dr. Smith's recommendation I chose Invisalign. After my first appointment I was handed twelve months of pre molded/made upper and lower molds to fit my teeth and was scheduled to see a technician in his office once a month or so. Wow! Now I understand why Invisalign is an Orthodontists dream. It takes the work out of the process. The Invisalign was rough on the lining of my mouth no matter how much I filed the edges (yes I filed the edges not the dentist), the on and off process of the Invisalign ultimately fractured a tooth in the back and pulled a crown off of a molar. I complained, complained and complained. Dr. Smith rarely saw me and when he did he never had a solution. He is VERY HANDS OFF, it's like a dental sweatshop! I wore the Invisalign for four months. There's a lot of money to be made with Invisalign and in my opinion this dentist is maximizing his earning potential with this appliance.
Lori-Ann Stone: The Staff is incredible. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We never have to wait to be seen and when we had a bracket emergency, a staff member met us in the office closest to us, even though that office was closed on that day!! We couldn't be happier with our experience and our sons teeth are beautiful.
Jill Skibel: Dr. Smith has treated both of my children and has always been welcoming, explained to them everything that he was going to do and very professional. His hygienists and assistants are exceptional and the rest of the office is very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Smith.
JILLIAN BRUNELL: I have known Dr smith now for over 20 years. Being in this office is like being taken care of by family. Everyone will go out of their way to help you, to make you feel comfortable, and to give you a truly amazing smile! My niece loves to come to the office too!

I now have both of my children in treatment with Dr. Smith as well. Can not say enough about how all the staff members make you feel like you are part of their family each time you are in for a visit.

Candice Tauscher: I disagree with the comments about the front end staff. I find them professional, cordial and they try to accommodate everyone ‘s needs at least mine and those that come through the door when I am waiting for my child. I must say they have certainly had to deal with many rude parents of patients and I feel that they keep their cool quite well.

I wanted to come back amd write a review because i am in braces again now and my expirience is 100% different.Key to all parents....A PLACE THAT DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO COME BACK AND SIT WITH YOUR CHILD AT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS A RED FLAG!!!!!! I remeber constantly being demeaned here or being handled roughly by dr. Reen.My experience now is much better at my new ortho... i see parents sit beside their kids and observe their whole appointment. And my new ortho is concerned with pain concerns unlike reen. Reading from the reviews this place hasnt changed.

Sarah Emond: The orthodontists are great but the staff at the desk need to be educated.... I was told dog is not allowed. When I told her my "dog" is a service dog she had an attitude and shook her head. Its against the law to question someone about a service dog. I carry his papers at all times and his tags are always on. Please educate yourselves.. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I left this practice because they always either canceled my appointments without telling me or switched appointment times without letting me know. They are very rude and blame you for not knowing that the appointment was changed. This happened for years. I finally changed to Drecker and Lopez down the street recently, and I will NEVER go back.

Nicole Beaulieu: We made appointments for our children as a first visit, and verified it was alright for grandparents to take them (one child had a chipped tooth so we needed to be seen ASAP). They missed school and the office refused to see them because the parents were not there. They didn’t even honor their “note” the scheduler put in that stated grandparents would be there for first visit. We will NOT be going back. Very disappointed at the disorganization of this practice, very unprofessional.
