Ramona Boulkhalf: I have Commonwealth Care Alliance which is basically Medicare and Medicaid services. I went to P&OS LLC. I met with Lisa Ryan she seemed pleasant the process was seamless. I chose my shoe, she stated "I need to order them in your size they should be her 5-7 days tops, I'll call when they come in" Well by chance her card fell out of my wallet on the 24 th you do the math. I just believe in what people say 5-7 DAYS.

Michelle Ziegler: We had a great experience from the beginning. Unfortunately my son needed a helmet for his plagiocephaly but these guys pulled through. From our first experience with Craig to our appointments with Bob , they fit us in their schedule at their different locations to help accommodate our needs. They were more then helpful before we even moved to the area and got us set up a month ahead of time. We mainly worked with Bob and he was very thorough and professional. He had great bedside manner. We highly recommend this place in either the Springfield or Bloomfield!

Our braces have been made effeciently, 2-3 weeks tops. AND, his craft men ship is so spot on, you don't have to come back a bunch of times to have perfection, perfection is usually when you receive your product!Insurance is a breeze because they know how to bill insurance companies.I could go on and on about Ted at Orthodics & Prosthetics Labs.....Thank you so much for helping our family!!!!!

Daniel Smith: I've had orthotics made there in the past, and refurbished after 18 months, and they have been very thoughtful, and skilled with regard to fitting and adjustments. I see there is a one-star review here--who knows, sometimes things go wrong. But definitely not a bad place and in my experience a very good one.

Anne Marie Kittredge: Took a month for the Northampton office to act on the RX from our physician (they blamed the physician for not sending the FAX - which is clearly not the case). Then someone ordered/received and gave us the brace for the wrong foot. I noticed the issue and called to let them know. Then they were rude/less than understanding on the phone about the replacement. Something is clearly wrong in this office.
