They keep the center clean and equipment working properly.Given we are post COVID, the only thing I notice recently the sanitizing where I was working out was dirty. Noticeably dirty. Over this site is a well oil machine.

Carlton: Very clean. Many nice stores are still open. No anchor stores left. Stopped into several shops. Very neat clean and staff engaging and friendly, well dressed professional discipline. Stock was plentiful, and prices were refreshingly reasonable given everywhere else .
Kelly Higgins: Donavan's Irish Pub is the beat part of this mall. They shot themselves in the foot when they banned kids. It would have been better to pay for extra security and cater to the youth. Because as tough as they were, they spent money.

The BlueDragon: I like the mall but the place where I got my haircut is ridiculous. I walked in to make an appointment for a haircut and she put me in for a trim, then I get there and tell her I wanted to get it cut short not just a trim and she said it would be 100$. That's alil ridiculous for a simple haircut. I ended up finding a different place that did the cut I wanted for 25$ and it came out amazing. Won't be visiting rapid cuts again for myself, but they do a great job cutting men's hair. I'll go back for my son's haircuts but never my own after that.

All of it.There's a lot of people's memories in there with their families. Stop removing stores instead add some and make it lively again. People will come back how it was.It would be so sad.Just remember that peoples hearts are into this place still.Edit after reply from owner:Thanks for responding. Hopefully the date will be public so people can spend their last time there. Take pictures for history. Family history and memories.This was a very big thing for my family. It brought divorced parents together getting along, I have the best memories from going to the Eastfield mall and I would love to say thank you for having a place for our family could be family or let my dad take his kids out to the mall.Please at least release a date when it's known.Thank you again

The transaction was done very oddly- they had me purchase a gift card that they then used at the store that had the correct size. The only receipt given to me was for the purchase of the gift card. They explained that they do not want the other store to have my credit card number, but it is OK for this store to have it, but not the other skecher store???. Waited the 4 weeks that I was told to wait and shoes never arrived. I called and then told me I had to come into the store to receive a refund. Drove all the way back, and the manager on duty could not issue the refund, she was only the evening manager, only daytime manager could do that. I was told they would call back after they confirmed the gift card had not been used. They never called back. I called and was told I had to return to the store AGAIN to get my refund. THREE TRIPS TO A STORE THAT IS OUT OF MY WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON A PAIR OF SHOES THEY NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Terrible customer service and very impractical store policy.

Bill Heywood: They had a room. Charged for everything morning coffie parking no continental breakfast. The place was clean and secure and the staff that I met was very polite and nice.

You can't be hugging and on each other each other. You guys have been doing this since the elevator. You guys need to get out". I don't know why we were being watched for hugging and why we're told to leave. It was honestly disgusting and unnecessary. So older couples can show pda but I can't be comforted during an anxiety attack.
