Jay House: I ordered the cheese areak burger, and I liked it, but if I ever go back, I'd order it without the extra steak that comes on top (do you bring coals to Newcastle?).I ordered a side salad with blue cheese dressing, and my dinner came with a bowl of wilted mixed greens that were already dressed with a vinegrette, plus a side of blue cheese.My dining companion enjoyed his burger even though it too had a small mistake.The fries that came with his meal were only okay. They were truffle parm, which was nice, if a little underflavored, but the fries themselves were a little on the flaccid side.The deep friend cauliflower appetizer was good and would be even better if they served it with blue cheese dressing, which we ordered to add on.Decent beer selection on draft, but I was driving, so I only tried one.The service was mediocre.The bathroom wasn't in great shape.Probably won't return.

Vincent Maceyka: The food was excellent, especially the pickles, which normally I dont write about. My first tim here it was during a shift change in staff, around 1-2pm, which I do not recommend. We stood around for about 15 minutes waiting to be even seen. I do not typically wait around just to be seated. Yet i wanted to try the burger.Happy I did wait as it was one of the best burgers in a while. Overall it was a good experience minus the headache of the wait. I will definitely give it a second chance to see if the service received was just a one time thing.
Evan Springer: Food was unseasoned and unsalted. The most flavorful parts were the jalapeños and the avacado...$16 for a burger in name only.Service was painfully slow. 30min for our server to take our order. Our server disappeared after taking our order and we had to get the front of house to get us a check 30 minutes after we got our food....Atmosphere is good but overall a very negative experience. First time I've ever considered not tipping, but I still gave a 20% tip because I believe in living wages....

This is for you, Springfield:Plan b in Springfield, MA, was EXCELLENT!! It was one of the best restaurant memories I ever had. Our waitress was warm, welcoming, engaging and funny. She knew her stuff when talking about the different ipas and cocktails. It was pretty busy in there but the service at the same time was pretty quick. We had an excellent time, the food and service was fantastic! It was a table of six.I was reminded when I was doing a not-so-great review for a Plan b restaurant in CT/Southington. I remembered your location and how it was so much different.😍Kid-friendliness: Saw kids there, sorry I don't have any more for ya.Parking: It was a pretty packed parking lot. You had to find a spot. There were spots here and there. But it was a good sign, you could tell a lot of people liked at the place by how many cars were there.

Ana Gagne: Shai was phenomenal!!! But the food was great but I honestly am so happy with the outstanding service and how quick everything came out. Shai really made sure we were happy and satisfied checked on us throughout our meal and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to enjoy my date night and couldn’t have been happier with the service from Shai!!!!!
Srikar Kovirineni: The place was good, if your ok with spending a little more for a burger or sandwich then I thinks it's worth giving it a try. The chicken sandwich had spiced tomatoes which instantly made the sandwich better, the og sandwich was also pretty decent according to my friend. Definitely not anything special but it is a good experience if you're looking for something to eat after the Hall of Fame
G: We stopped here while on vacation because we're fans of the Walhberg brothers, and some of the members of our party wanted to try the burgers. The ambiance feels too big and drafty. Booth side by side, it's not cozy and uncomfortable. Our burgers were lukewarm and soaked in sauce. It sogged the bread. The burgers did not have any special taste. The onion ring basket was cold, but if warm or hot, it would have been enjoyable because it had a great taste. We did enjoy the fried pickles. The service person was average. Couldn't really recommend drinks and didn't visit our table to offer us refills, etc. Nonetheless; we finished quickly, hardly finished our meals, asked for a check, the service person asked if we wanted boxes for our almost full meals, and we politely declined. Paid the check, left her a 20% tip out of 100 dollar check for three burger meals, two appetizers, two bottle drinks, and a coke. Won't visit again.Parking: There is only street meter parking, but one quarter provides one-half hour.
