Dionyway: The food is not bad , but the service is really really bad .. they have no manners and they are really rude .. I moved near them so about a a month ago I called them and ordered a breakfast sandwich for pick up , she said to pick it up in ten minutes .. when I go to the pick up window they not to busy and they are ignoring me but they look at me at times wont even ask why I’m there.. I’m looking at my sandwich waiting for them to hand it to me and they stay ignoring me for about 15 minutes people walking in they taking care of them knowing I been standing there for a while .. And Then today a month later I’m standing by the bread area all I wanted was bread .. they have no acknowledge skills and stay ignoring me .. the place is not to busy but as I’m standing there more people keep coming and getting service while I’m just there.. when I finally ask for bread she tell me with an attitude to get in line .. really ghetto is the only word I can think of .. owners really need to replace and hire more professional employees with people skills because the ones they currently have absolutely are horrible the morning employees im speaking of . E San: When they first started they were good but through out the years it kept changing hands and the food was inconsistent, they tend to over cook the fritters “fritura” especially the alcapurias they are black I’ve had plastic mixed in with the alcapuria I gues it’s because they throw it in the fryer wrapped in the plastic they are salty and inconsistent, one time I ordered 8 of them and we had to throw them out because we couldn’t resist the salt. Also their ratio of food doesn’t match their price.

WI Mor: Worst service I ever encountered from a restaurant! No one knew how to prepare a cocktail drink, the server didn't know what items from the menu were available and on the menu prices no one knew which price was the correct nee for each dish as they were written with a pen. Their excuse was that the new menus had not arrived yet. The flavor of the food wasn't horrible but daughters " bistek" was very thought. Try it once and now I'm done. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Cheles: Asked for 2 Passion Fruit Margaritas, took 15 minutes to get it. The Bartendar kept taking other orders and not fulfilling the order I placed. Then the Bartendar asked if I wanted Alcohol in Margarita..Its a Margarita.. of course it needs alcohol! Another Bartendar 'fixed the drink' but it still wasn't a Margarita!Food came out Lukewarm. When the bill was received, prices were not the prices on the menu. Then I was told that the ppl that frequent the location knew the prices. What? The prices are whatever is on the menu and if the menu was wrong then it shouldn't have been given out.As an out of towner going to the Springfield Museums and looking for familiar cuisine, close to the location, I thought this would be ideal.IF I am ever in this area again I would rather go to McDonald's than come back. Horrible Experience!!
