Michele: One star is way too many. I would go to any other post office in the area. The head woman here is as nasty as they come. I listened to her treat an elderly man, who was just confused about what he was supposed to do and where he was supposed to go, so rudely, I couldn't believe she was speaking to him that way. Then she butted in to my conversation with the other employee and was rude to me. They have no signs telling you where to go or what to do, especially for passports, and then are rude and obnoxious when you don't do the right thing. They make handicapped people stand to the side with their canes and wait, with no concern for them at all. "It's their policy", is what I was told when I spoke to the post master. I went here instead of Springfield thinking because it was smaller it would be better, but I will definitely never be going back. Teresa

Usually I go to the Springfield office but I happened to be in West Springfield so I went there and I was just SO impressed by the clerk who waited on me! She was kind, concise, and she knew exactly what she was doing. She was so knowledgeable and quick. I’ll definitely be coming back. Her name was Riley, and I hope she gets a raise for all the hard work she does!

My package came from New Jersey to end up in Chicopee, just to get sent to Pennsylvania and then back to West Springfield AND have lost 2 separate packages within the past 2 weeks lmaooo

Melissa B: I love this post office!The employees are kind and helpful. Additionally, the greeting cards are cool, not too sappy or religious. They're also inexpensive.I understand sending cards isn't really done anymore. I still think it's a fab. tradition. However, lately the cards I've seen @ other places have either been over $5 (?!), required additional postage (due to the trend of attaching random things onto them), or been offensive in their saccharine sentimentally.Lately, the manager has been @ this location. He's really gregarious. The few times I've seen him, he's been quite friendly, starting conversations with customers and helping move the line.

Few years ago the people used to work there were amazingly good, went there thinking the same staff would be working . The lady working now days definitely need some serious help. Alfredo Sanchez: Email sent everyday of all mail I should be getting but mail carrier does not deliver. Has happened numerous times and has pushed back a meeting I have scheduled this morning with documents that shows that I was suppost to receive yesterday and did not get and guess what? Post master of Springfield, MA (Main Street) have NO EMAIL CONTACT to address this issue. Im sure this will NOT get far based on the previous ratings & comments but just wanted to make everyone aware of how your tax money is being used. You do better driving to where the mail is coming from to get your mail yourself.

Jesse Taylor: This is the worst USPS I have ever been to. I sent a certified letter with legal documents in it last week. It was supposed to be delivered to a location that is under an hour away from the USPS. I signed up for updates to keep track. I got an update that said it was leaving the Springfield USPS and was heading for Hartford, CT. When I checked it later, it was in Albany, NY. When I checked this morning, it had arrived in East Schodack, NY. (I have never heard about that town in my life.) I printed up and filled out a form to get my money back and brought it in with my receipts from the post office, including the certified mail. The woman I spoke to said they don't give refunds. I pointed to the form on the counter, which I got from USPS.COM, and said, "This form that I got from your site says you do." She snapped at me, "We don't give refunds." I asked her if they didn't, then why did I find the form on their site. She repeated, "No refunds." I said, "Thank you SO much for being part of the problem. You're doing a GREAT JOB!" and walked out.I will never step one foot in this post office ever again. They don't have any clue of what they're doing at all and they couldn't care less about providing good service. #shameonthem

Zachary Ciano: Literally only came in for a Passport renewal. Waited in what seemed to be the line for the people doing passports before being told we had to get sent back to the same line as people doing their packages. After probably 40 min of waiting in line just to be seen, we are told that we need to go back to the original line we had waited in. Completely ridiculous communication that just sends people on a goose chase. What should have been a 15 minute task took about an hour and a half because these lazy employees don’t even know where they are working. If you can, go somewhere else. This place is the absolute worst.

Isa Traverso: The customer service I received today from Juan Cabrera and Rosa exceeded my expectations. The USPS is fortunate to have these two employees. I am very grateful for how the passport process for my kids went with their help. Rosa is a role model to her 4 kids. Gracias. Both fluent in Spanish. Wow.

This is the 3rd package that has made it to Springfield and I am in RI. Then gets routed other area than RI. Geeat to see I bailed you out. To ask for more money and extended shipping. The post office in Springfield is the worst.
