elder gonzalez: I came to this small business to support during the Covid19 crisis. In a time where big box retailers are staying busy and local businesses are hurting I wanted to support these guys. I understand the showroom is closed but there was an employee outside helping another couple. I asked him if there were any other sales people as he walked into the office. He told me he would be right back. I patiently waited while he came back out and finished with the couple. I was surprised when he walked past me and proceeded to greet another gentleman near the door and walked back in. I was clearly ignored. I’m pretty disappointed considering that I came here last month for the first time and had a very enjoyable experience. The rep who helped me was nice and the gentleman who made the delivery was professional and highly skilled with the dump truck. It’s quite a shame. I will bring my money to Home Depot.

TE Martin: This is a great store. The people are super friendly and helpful. Regular customers go in barely knowing what they need and they treat you respectfully and not condescendingly. We've gotten several deliveries of traprock for our driveway and sometimes they have brought it just a few hours later the same day! Ladies will feel comfortable shopping there too.

Tony Castro: We used O'Donnell Paving to replace our original driveway which was in much need of repair and that also had an issue with pooling at the end near the road because the street elevation was raised significantly when the road was last done. Jason LaRocque: We have used O'Donnell Paving a couple times. First, we needed someone to excavate and grade for a foundation and concrete slab. The prep was fantastic and done in a timely manner - even the concrete guy couldn't complain. Second, we had a very long driveway added to a back garage. This involved removing old material, adding a new base layer of hard pack, and the asphalt itself. There was an unexpected amount of hard pack required due to underlying soil conditions. John let me know right away and we were able to work out a solution. I appreciated the upfront communication - it saved a surprise at the end of the job. The job also required a fair amount of grading, which was seed-ready when complete. Frank Decaro: Professional, fair and superior work. Paving is a year + later review. We had our driveway done last summer before our wedding on short notice. John came out and dug up the mess we had and did great deal of grading. After the first winter and first full year we have been very satisfied. Drain and water issues all resolved and driveway still looks amazing. Would highly recommend and not settle for anything less.

Mary: I cannot tell if they do their job good or bad because we ended up cancelling the contract and getting our deposit back. That was after waiting for more than 6 weeks, even though the company promised to do it in 2 - 3 weeks, considering there were only several rainy days for that period. My biggest complain that the lady at the office is not professional at all. She hanged up on me several times when I was trying to get more definite answer on the situation of delay. She would answer the question she thought you asked, and not the one I asked her. Se will not listen. John O'Donnell himself was always reasonable, polite and clear, but hard to get hold of.
