Richard Villeneuve: They replaced a part on my copier for $400 parts and labor, which broke in a day. They came back and put the old part back in and the copier worked for 4 more months with the old part. Then they wanted to charge me $400 again to replace the part. I was willing to pay their labor charge for the second install, but the cost of the original replacement part should have been refunded since it was clearly installed incorrectly. Now they just refuse to work on my machine. This is a small time operation.Go elsewhere, there are better options.
