Yusuke Kitagawa: I just came by and got my guitar strings fix for a good price. Once I had enough money I decided to try to get the other strings fix however due to the way I had bought it already it couldn’t be fix. I decided that perhaps I could look at some new ones and with help found the perfect one. They have layaway and understanding for time. I finally brought home my Yahama guitar and I am so pleased with the sound and what I paid for which was $170. I am definitely coming back again to shop!

Carl Boyer: We recently purchased a used 16-year-old Yamaha piano here. First, we want to extend our deep thanks to Tom (sales), Rich (service tech), and Rob (in-home tuning) for the outstanding service they provided. We had consider buying from one of the mom-and-pop used piano retailers in the area and had visited a couple before looking in Falcetti’s. No doubt, we could have found something for less money at one of those locations.What sold us on buying at Falcetti’s was when Tom took downstairs into their warehouse and technical service center. Wow! We were very impressed with their operation and it was there that we saw our future piano. It had just come in on an upgrade exchange and they were just starting to disassemble it for cleaning and checking its integrity something the do with all the pianos the sell, new and used. Not far away was a brand-new Steinway grand piano going through a similar process. As for our future piano, it looked great as it sat in the service area. We asked about the price and it was reasonable. A check on line found the price to be better than what we found at other stores for the same piano at multiple locations across the country. So, we bought it.When it was delivered it looked and sounded great. Nevertheless, we noticed two issues with the exterior finish – one we had noted before and they had forgotten to fix and the other was something we didn’t catch in the store. We contacted Tom and when Rob came out a few weeks later to do the free in-home tuning, Rob removed the two sections that needed to be touched up and took them back to the shop for Rich to correct at no charge. A week later, Rob returned with the fixed parts and now our piano looks like its brand new. Add that to Rob’s great tuning work to make it sound even better, Rich’s initial integrity inspection and servicing, Tom’s great customer service in the store and afterward and all we can say is wow, we couldn’t be happier. Has a local small store feel despite being part of a chain, which I didn't know was a chain until the store employee filled me in on the history of not only the company, but that particular location. Ultimately they didn't have what I was looking for but offered to order it for me. I knew it was available at the larger chain nearby. Staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for a standard instrument to see what they have to offer

Adam Paredes: Went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my teen daughter to purchase a violin. The customer service we received was top notch. We were treated so well and able to purchase a violin. I can't remember his name, but the employee answered all of our questions and helped us to pick out the right shoulder strap for our budget and experience level.He told us she could take violin lessons at the store on Wednesdays which was pretty cool and unexpected. My daughter signed up for a few lessons and had her first one with the instructor, Kaitlyn, yesterday. She loved the experience and said Kaitlyn was incredibly patient and helped her to feel at ease. I would highly recommend this store based on our customer service experience.

Esai Bala: The in-store representatives are great and nice. But I am very much disappointed with the customer service representative and the supervisors. All of them showed rude behavior. I signed up for 10 months contract and during Covid situation there was delay in returning the instrument to the store at the end of contract period. But Music and Arts still charged me for 2 months on higher cost. Way above my 10 months contract. When I called the customer service, they were very rude and not showing any flexibility and care for customers. I wanted to do business with them for the next school year. But with these behaviors I will NEVER do business with them. I could not find anything lower than 1 star rating...All they need is customers’ money... No care for customers... even in this COVID situations...

Bill Glenister: Although I have played the trumpet since the 5th grade, I haven't purchased one for myself since 1971. My wife gave me the opportunity to purchase a new one for a birthday present. I approached a friend connected to Music & Arts who gave me her husband's email. Although I felt as though I was a novice purchaser, I was given the royal treatment as this first contact led to an introduction to the Retail District Manager and finally an introduction to Vernon store manager, Pete. The horns and types I wanted to try were all gathered to this store, I was given a practice/lesson room to try them out and feel I have made an excellent purchase. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire chain and very grateful to all involved!
