Eric Grigoryan: To be honest, I haven't seen such awesome customer care, patience, and expertise in any other stores I went to for framing. These guys know what they're doing! I've been to Hobby Lobby and Michael's for custom framing and to be honest this place is now hands down my favorite.What stood out was that they weren't trying to sell me the most expensive material (unlike some other places will try to do) Jim in particular was just being honest and straight forward telling me what I did and didn't need.As a first time buyer and client, this place deserves way more than just 5 stars!

Michael Sargent: Bob and James are master craftsman in this field. They are very knowledgeable and I’ve never left with any of piece looking less than exemplary. Furthermore, they have big hearts and I’d like to share an anecdote. I’ve been going to them since my family moved to Longmeadow some years ago and every time I come into the shop, I’d ask to buy a picture of an Egg Cream by their office. It’s a beautiful piece and was not for sale but they did everything they could to help me find a print. When they asked what an Egg Cream was, I passionately told them of the beverage seemingly lost to time. Today I asked again and again it wasn’t for sale. They offered to help me track down the print and help in many other ways. I told them the story of how my grandfather opened a pharmacy to support our family when he returned from WW2. Back then a pharmacy would also have a soda fountain and a Soda Jerk(his son, my uncle, who’d make the drinks and serve the ice cream and candy to the kids). I grew up drinking these and talked of the chills I’d get whenever I’d come to their shop and see the picture. True nostalgia, an equal mix of love, longing, and melancholy we feel looking back into the past. They sold it to me. I was moved to tears. I didn’t expect that and they looked both uncomfortable and pleased knowing they had just made a customer for life.Master craftsmen and a class act of a duo. Make this your first stop. Give yourself the opportunity to be made a customer for life. You won’t be disappointed.

He was able to make it look exceptional. Picking out the matting, frame and glass were made very easy due to his knowledge and recommendations. The value for the price was very reasonable as well. We spent about 15 minutes trying different frames, and matting to find the perfect match for an interesting piece. Absolutely stunning results and excellent quality of work.

Margaret Reidy: Debbie at Muse Galleries is a true professional in every sense of the word. Her work is meticulous, and she goes out of her way to accommodate the needs of her customers. We have lost 3 of our dogs over the past few years, all 3 were cremated, when their ashes were returned, we were also given a clay mold of each of their paws as well as a dog angel pendant. I went in to see Debbie w/ a picture of our dog, the paw print, and the pendant, she was very heartfelt over our loss---the pictures that she made are beautiful, they are matted beautifully, and each contain each dog's picture, paw print, and pendant. We recently lost a 3rd boxer last month, she went in on the Sunday before Christmas to make sure that we had Gypsy home for Christmas. I have since given our Vet, Debbie's cards as I cannot say enough about her work and the way that she goes above and beyond, I would highly reccommend Muse Galleries to anyone.

Reinaldo Bonilla Jr.: This place is awesome but I found one Flaw Hobby Lobby has a Hobby Section I think Michaels could Capitalize on things there like model Train Ho scale Slot Car sets like for example Auto World has contract with Hobby lobby maybe Michaels can reach out to AFX and sell that brand of Slot Car for example the list goes on but they certainly have the space

Dennis Ramstein: I needed 15 laminated 17"x4" panes of glass to restore a 1950's model visor storm door on a home I'm restoring. I was sure the cost of these odd size panes would make the project prohibitive. SUPRISE, it was only half of what I estimated. Great service, beautiful glass, very reasonable pricing. Glad is shopped locally.

lyndsay fishbein: I went to Chicopee Glass with a painting 43x54. That’s pretty big. They told me they could do it, and gave me a few options. I also shopped around, and everywhere else was cheaply made frames and couldn’t do the glass that large. I even went to the frame place in west Springfield and they told me to go to Chicopee glass. Ok, so I am super indecisive and picky and had a certain style in mind. They worked with me with a lot of patience. They ordered samples, and I picked out something completely different. When the final product came, in a timely manner, I can’t tell you how impressed I was. With the way they worked with me, and the overall feel of the company and the work they did, I’ll never go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
