Lovely Nina: WORST customer service, I ordered a sectional and my delivery was super late my item was missing the legs and pillows plus it was ripped and stained I called and complained about it the owner said they will replace it delivery was supposed to be today and they never delivered didn’t call us to say the delivery guys couldn’t make it or anything no communication at all NEVER AGAIN!!!! I rather Dream Decor they always on time and are very kind.
Jose Jovet (Yeyo La perla del Sur): When in they said they will deliver 3 days from purchase guaranteed so i waited 3 days then they called to say i had to wait extra 7days for deliver…after waited all that they called me on the day items was suppose to be deliver telling me to go get a refund becouse they wasnt able to ship items…how can these be good? These is bad bussines i will never spend a dime there again! Also paid cash now they will refund on my debit card waisting more of my time!! Garbage.

Diane Denson: I've been meaning to getting around to writing this review for awhile but the time has just gotten away with me. First let me start by saying I love going to this big lots they always have what I'm looking for and more but I'm writing this review more about the employees. There was an awesome team on the day I lost my phone in there. I put it on a shelf somewhere don't know how I left it but I did. When I came by in to look for it they all jumped in to help me without any hesitation and they were so nice about it. Shouts out to that team that was working that day. Sorry this is so late but Thanks again!!!!

C Adams: Very helpful staff who spent time helping us look for what we wanted. He even voluntarily went into the stock area to check if he could find exactly what we wanted.
Brooklyn: This store is ok but the only problem I have with it is that the workers are always watching u. They think that we don't notice them follow us thru the aisles. What they don't see is that by the end of our shopping spree, my husband and I leave with like 2 or 3 bags. Sooooooooo, if I wanted to steal something do u really think I would spend $40 to $50 every time? Pay attention to the people that are actually stealing. My husband and I won't be spending that kind of money there anymore.
