Tom Donahue: I am an advantage member, and ordered 2 handheld CB radio via customer service. One radio faulty out of the box and had a bad microphone. Initiated a return via phone customer service and because the items was fulfilled by a 3rd party I cant return until that 3rd party responds to Northern Tools request. It has been 2+ weeks and still no response from the fulfiller. Northern Tool Customer service say they escalated the case and need to wait another 5 day before I should expect to hear something form them! How about just ship me a new radio and then you can figure out how to return the one that is faulty! The consumer should not be stuck with a faulty product because big business can't get out of its own way to do the right thing for the consumer!

MUDFLAP TRUCKING: Forced to wear a mask. But yet the security guard says he doesn’t need to wear one. Was told to wear a mask or to leave. Sorry but by you making me sit at a un sanitized computer to take a safety course and you handing me papers with no gloves on, covid can be a problem as well. Stupid place for drivers to get loads from.

shawn dyl: Go to pick up my trailer and this is how I find one of the tires there's no way another driver left this like this, had to be the yard dog 100% now I'm sitting outside in their dirt lot waiting for somebody to come fix it all because their yard dog can't swing wide with a trailer. Also I had to drive outside of their guard shack because they won't let anybody in the back unless they take an 8-hour course on God knows what.

Chris Yates: What a joke. Make the codriver get out of bed on his rest break to watch a “safety” video. What is safe about operating a cmv without the proper hours of sleep being had? One more reason the FMCSA should be regulating shippers and receivers as well. As the off duty team driver in sleeper birth, I should not be forced to do anything outside of resting in my sleeper.

Steve Ray: This place is nice parking overnight friendly people quick loading and unloading about as good as it gets for the east coast. Just have to know which exit to take or you will get lost
donald foley: Have to park outside gate walk to security watch 5 minute safety video can’t have a lighter or cigs in plant. Being in plant is considered in your truck. Had to put dog in kennel in freezing weather in a cage with no wind barriers just fence. At least she left a couple pounds of presents for them. And trailer tires on trailer I picked up were extremely low.

Kris Yager: Ludicrous hoops to jump through just to pick up a trailer. Gate staff is friendly. Loads don't pay worth a damn, but if you just have to leave loaded with something, it'll do.

Jeremy Mcmahon: I was a top IP here for 4 years. They not only accused me of false information from a coworker who didnt like me and made false claims, but also didnt let me fight for my right to stay. They kicked me from the job for a month without pay, despite saying I would be, also only for 2 weeks, made me go through 2 counseling sessions because they didnt do their part to "help" me when none was needed, held my job above my head every chance they got from these false claims and continued to harass me with my job over my head every chance they got. No matter how much effort or loyalty you put here it wont matter. Dont work here. If I could give a 0 I would. They near ruined my life and HR is useless. Best thing I ever did was quit

Daniele L: I don't know much about the company itself, but the location is nice. I provide transportation for an employee. So this review is from an employee standpoint.I do know they like you to be more than on time, 15 minutes early is required, for the daily meeting prior to starting your shift. You do get paid for this.Getting out on time almost always happened, until recent mandatory requirements of an additional 4 hours, either before or after your shift. So if you don't have your own transportation to work here, it will be very difficult on the person providing your ride.It's also mandatory that you work one day on the weekend, every other week.Now, the SPEEDING down that Dead end Street from the employees, is totally unacceptable! And I'm talking about speeds in the 50 mph range. I honestly hope things change by Summer, or that's going to be pretty dangerous.
