Serina Wainscott: I have to say this place is very unprofessional. The Doctor made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I received no after care instructions on my ingrown toenail removal. He cut my toenail very uneven. He did not put any anti fungal medicine or antibiotic ointment on after the procedure. I told the doctor, I felt pain still after Novocain injections. He told me he would give me another one and if it didn’t numb he didn’t know what to tell me. He told me I should feel some pain. Excuse me , I shouldn’t have felt any pain! I nearly felt nauseous and faintness from pain. I will never go back to that place. I highly recommend people think twice before going there.

MaryAnn Connor: Went to Dr. Dickert in 2007 and was very pleased with my treatment so I returned 2022 for another problem. Good parking, pleasant receptionist and once again the Dr. was great...would go to him again if anything else needs to be done.

Julia Vergara: The worst customer service by the person answering the phone. I called to schedule my first visit and even though her attitude was a red flag I scheduled it, only to call back and cancel. I know I couldn't deal with her anymore. I work with customers and this lady really needs training. She sounds really annoyed to do her job.

Bonnie O'Donnell: Kind of close to the ridiculous. Supposed to be two weeks to get the orthotics, it's been almost 9 weeks. Called several times, no one gets back to me. First it was a server problem, and they would call back to schedule. Next I left a message with nothing in return. Now I need an appointment to just pick them up, as they're apparently finally in, but the doctor's office is locked and no one can get into their office even though the office itself is open. So I'm supposed to call back AGAIN tomorrow when the doctor is in. How can a group office operate this way? It's crazy. NINE weeks this week. Unbelievable. Go somewhere else.

Shane Richardson: Couldn't get an appointment scheduled. They called, I returned the call, and spoke to Lisa, after being placed on hold twice. She picks up telling me she didn't realize I was on hold. Proceeded to ask me what my insurance was before any formal introduction to her or SPA. Continued to TELL me what she needed for information. She seemed annoyed to have to take my call and the attitude following didn't give me a great experience. Lastly, when I mentioned I was all set because of these things, she got loud with me - so I needed to hang up.

Tremendo For You: Went there for a small surgery. Doctor was ok. No instructions on how to care for foot after surgery only a purple piece of paper that tells you how to care for the 1st 3days then what?? Be your own Dr🤔 on top of that he dint even clean or padded Iodine in the surgical area before doing the extraction. Wife said all he did was spray something that felt super cold to me before he injected the needles to put area to sleep. In short 3 days later i caught and infection following what they told me with the little care package they sell you for $25 4bandaids a triple ointment that u can get at walmart for $3 like 5 or 6 pads and a roll of 3m coban u can get for $3 . No where near $10. Highway robbery. Called the office no answer left msg with answering service never got back to me. Finally called to find out they sent antibiotics to pharma without speaking to anyone. What if am allergic to something🤔 never again

Oleksandr Skrypchenko: NEW PATIENTS BE AWARE!!! Went there as a new patient. The doctor took only few seconds telling me what's going on with my foot. Than he recommended medication (that costs $40) to buy in the office. Than I was told, if after 3 months of use I won't see any improvement, come back to the office, bring the original box of medication and they will give me my money back(LIARS!!!). After 3 months of use my foot hasn't gotten better (what a waste of time!!!). Went back to the office, but the (rude) receptionist said she never told me that I will get reimbursed. They steal people's money. They don't care about the treatment. Avoid this office!!!

Jeremy Saffer: Went in for a first time appointment, he was nice enough, the waiting room didnt have any seating which isnt a big deal... probably more of a problem for people there to see the foot doctor for actual foot problems, I was there for a routine first appointment. he told me i shouldnt cut my own toe nails (what?) and proceeded to cut them WAY too short (which is bad for you) even removing the entirety of my pinkie toe nail (would add a photo but its gross looking). my pinky toe has been in pain ever since and the rest of my toes feel awful since he cut the nails WAY too short. the appointment was maybe 2 minutes. I will never go back and would suggest anyone else avoid going here. I arrived with perfectly healthy foot and a few questions and left with an injured foot with the possibility of future complications. (as you are not supposed to cut nails too short OR REMOVE THEM!) would give minus 5 stars if i could. AVOID!

Katherine Shea: I definitely was not expecting anything fancy but I was not prepared for what my eyes saw on the first (and last) visit. First of all when we arrived there was no parking outside. The waiting room was completely full of people all of which seemingly had an appointment at the same time. That tells me this doctor just overbooks to capitalize on reimbursement. When we entered the exam room we discovered a filthy disgusting mess. The medical assistant spend literally 2 seconds with us and told us the doctor would be right in. He spent just about the same amount of time with us not explaining things. We fled from there as fast as we could.

Alex Morris: There is a sign in one of the rooms that reads, "The success of your treatment depends on which one of us is the doctor," or something like that. Would be a harmless joke, if Dr. Courniotes spent more than a minute (he didn't) telling me his professional opinion, concluding with, "You need a cortisone shot." He would not even speculate on what was causing my foot pain, or whether the shot would help (far from it -- I had a "rare" reaction that made my pain much worse for a week). When I asked him a question, he was already halfway out the door, and he acted like I was wasting his time. I really felt like this guy was just trying to maximize the number of patients he saw. I don't have anything against him personally, but I really felt let down by the services I received, and I was not expecting anything fancy. Unfortunately, he was the only podiatrist in the area to accept my insurance.

He can see you in Holyoke at 10 hospital Dr. on Wednesday, or in Springfield in his Office there on other days of the week. If you have arch problems or planter fasciitis, he will help! he's excellent again, don't hesitate to see him, he's been making my arch supports for a very very long time! Thank you Dr. C.! you are great ;o)

Tom O: I had waited over a month and a half to see this doctor. On the day of the appointment I was told by the very rude receptionist that because I didn't have an insurance card (mine is in the mail) that I couldn't see the doctor. I told her to please call my pcp's office to confirm my insurance, and even provided her with the number. She asked me to wait in the waiting room while she called my doctor's office. She then motioned for me to come speak to her a few mins later. She told me that I had failed to pick an insurance plan and that I would have to make another appointment in order to see the doctor. I went home and spent over two hours on the phone to confirm what I had already known, I most definitely have insurance. I called Foot Specialist Associates Inc back and spoke once again to the same(and only receptionist). I told her that I contacted both my insurance company and my doctor's office and both assured me that my plan(insurance) had been decided in February of this year. She simply responded "Our's office's policy is to obtain a photo copy of a new patient's driver's licence and insurance card in order to protect the doctor's bottom line. She didn't even try to deny that she completely lied to me when she told me that my insurance plan hadn't been decided upon. So my question to this Doctor would simply be, "At what point in your career did you become a shill that would place your bottom line before the Hippocratic Oath that you took when you became a doctor." Sadly you are just another glaring example of what is wrong with medical system in this country. So in synopsis, I have to wait another month or so to be seen by a different specialist because a receptionist decided that I wasn't worthy of a phone call......
