John Maloni: DOWNHILL!! My Springfield hometown bus company "Peter Pan" has hit the skids. No more hourly daytime direct trips to Boston . Now, trips are routed through Hartford, with a bus change there, to get to Boston, adding 45 more minutes or more to the trip. Departure times are NOT posted in the waiting area, either. The berth number was wrong, as they OVERSOLD ticket's for my scheduled departure time, requiring a second bus. No one helping with 🛍️ bags, and my driver refuses to assist me with my luggage. PAYBACK was when he lost his wallet.IT GETS WORSE! The bus 🚌 from Hartford to Boston was also full, so another second bus had to be put in service! If they only knew what they were doing, we could have gone from Springfield to Boston DIRECT at the original scheduled time!!! Now, we are just sitting here, waiting for the second bus to leave for Boston.Finally, leaving now -- 90 minutes wasted -- because of stupidity and indifference.IT GETS WORSE! When I questioned their Operations, I was given THREE different stories (lies).ONE ⭐ STAR as ZERO ✨ STARS was NOT an option!!

The Ty Fam: I am truly upset at the fact that this bus no longer operates out of Pittsfield. Whenever I needed to travel to and from NYC, this bus was my only option and much cheaper than what I pay now. I hope it changes very soon and make it convenient for us travelers again. I love Peter Pan although some of the drivers have attitudes but this company itself is amazing and convenient.
