Joseph Maldonado: The company isn't bad but the cleanup service is horrible. The cleaners don't even knock on the door after repeated requests for the cleaning guy to notify us when he gets here. He will actually avoid letting you know he's there all together and try and sneak off so they don't have to do their job! Your lazy service guys are going to kill your company.

We rented the eltia 28 which was an awesome unit for a wedding of 300 people. They stocked us with 450 gallons of water, our only problem was that we had to get our own generator since we did not want to use someone's house as a power source. Jackie and Jose were great at coordinating. I would use them again they were excellent

Charles Hastings: Rented a port-a-potty for 1 month for a graduation party then a week and a half later hosted a Jack and Jill/wedding party. The delivery driver placed the unit when we requested without any issues. During the week and a half down time between parties it was scheduled for cleaning and service. Apparently where it was delivered it made the driver of the cleaning truck "uncomfortable" to service. Meanwhile the driver showed up to clean it, pulled into the driveway, sat there for less than a minute, then drove away without telling anyone or calling or even knocking on the door to inform anyone of why he was "uncomfortable". So when i called the company to speak with someone about my problem about having a half full unsanitary unit that has been sitting in the sun for almost 2 weeks, i get "let me look into it and call you back" 3 times and attitude from office staff and manager. They would have let it go the entire rental term without notifying me of any issues. They had no willingness to rectify the situation or refund me half of what i paid. I paid for the unit WITH servicing, i got half of what I paid for! The real kicker was nobody got back to me, i had to call several times to finally get answers, and they have no issue with picking it up, and of course they aren't going to refund me any money. So do yourself a favor and call another company.

Top notch service, friendly and courteous employees. We’ll be using Parker’s every year.The price was affordable and fair. The Porta potty was super clean when we got it. It seemed brand new.It was hysterical because I got so many comments at my picnic about the Porta potty. People loved it and commented on how clean it was. It was kind of a surprise to me that so many people commented on how nice the porta potty was. Maybe I have a weird family and even stranger friends.In conclusion I highly recommend PARKER’s portables if you need a porta potty for your event. I only needed one for one day because I have a septic system at my house. I’ll be using them every year now.
