robbie gunter: if i could give zero stars i would. I've had a bike frame powder coated here before and it came out good. however i returned to have a rear differential housing powder coated, it came out terrible. tape lines were horrible, they coated a oil seal surface of the input flange, effectively making my whole differential a piece of scrap metal. this differential isn't made anymore and cant get individual parts for it. Luke told me they cant do anything and to get out of the store after they destroyed my parts. DO NOT come here to get any work done. the quality is not there. i gave them a chance to clean and polish the damaged part, all they did was hit it with some scotch pads and emery cloth which after the fact i could still see the sand blasting pits in the seal surface and was told that's the best they could do. this company owes me a rear differential input flange but refuses. this is the kind of customer service you get from them when they screw up. this problem is above Lukes pay grade. the only way this can be remedied is by continuing to polish my part to a near machined finish or replacing the differential.

Aaron Brothers: I needed to get my car inspected for insurance purposes. CARCO list this as one of the only locations available to anyone who lives in western MA. After speaking with shop via the phone I informed them I was on my way (about a 1 hour drive). On arriving around 1:00 PM the shop was locked up and the sign on the door stated that they close at noon. Online, hours are 8-5 and the individual I spoke with made no mention of them closing soon when we talked. I called back (listed number is apparently a cell phone) and the employee stated that he was out to lunch at would be back around 2:15.At 2:30 no one had showed up and the employee was no longer answering his phone number.Thankfully further searching revealed another location nearby to get CARCO insurance inspections. Affordable Auto Glass in West Springfield had the job done in less than 5 minutes after arrival.This is not the first review regarding the poor service people have experienced at this shop. I recommend avoiding this shop for all things. It is a disservice to the community that this shop remains as an available location on CARCO's website.
Alan: This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had the displeasure of going through with a company. I scheduled an appointment with this company for a pre-insurance inspection so I could get my car on the road before I go on call this week at my local hospital and they never showed up to open business that day. I waited for 45+ minutes at the garage when the gentleman who runs the other side told me that this wasn't the first time customers have been left hanging by this business.I have called them numerous times to try and remedy this situation: sometimes stuff happens, I understand, but they made zero effort to respond at all. Their phone line has been turned off (at least for today) and they have no message on their voicemail.I highly recommend people avoid this company: they are unprofessional and certainly do not care one iota about their customers. I would not trust them to inspect your vehicle. Stay away!I am contacting Carco to have this company removed from the listing of pre-insurance companies which they seem likely to do as they do not want to be liable for listing fraudulent businesses.
Jana Kubenka: A major Insurance Company is sending members to this location for a Carco Inspection and the hours of operation does not hold true. It says open until 5 today and no one is at the office.

Carl Bag: Competitive Edge can go fall off the edge. They do not pay attention to detail, little things like missing screw, now I have to find one but it’s not coated, hex screws filled with ceramic, had to chip away the excess. The bigger things were a thinly coated layer that’s already scratched, and different mil layers showing threw Where it wasn’t finished correctly.I received a part that was done poorly, but charged the expense.I will never go back

Ricardo Cardona: I came here to get a valve cover coated after I took it straight off the car. Someone, who clearly didn’t know what they were doing, ripped off the seals with pliers and damaged the valve cover! I received my money for the coating back but I’m out a valve cover now! They didn’t call me to tell me what I brought in was damaged (because it wasn’t) and they didn’t even call me to tell me they had damaged it while prepping! Maybe we could of worked something out and gone half and half on a new valve cover but NO! And they had the guts to say they could work something out if I brought in a new valve cover! Who wants to do business with people like this?!

Georg Klein: Rob did an amazing repair job on my wheels on my Nissan Altima! He was fair, very kind and courteous! I kinda hugged a curb too close, and scratched the alloy wheels! They look brand new now, and I am totally happy with everything. The car was ready when promised and the fellows at Pioneer were great to deal with! David: My rims suffered a bit of damage from a tire place. I talked to Rob and sent him photos of the damage. He said it would be a easy fix and it would take about a day. I had great communication with him during that time via texting. When i saw the results, I was amazed! They look like they did from the factory. i definitely recommend Pioneer Valley Wheel Repair and will use them for all my wheel repair. I will also be using them to powder coat my rims in the near future. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Paul Ross: If you live within 30 minutes and you need a repair go here.I have had a leak in a tire/rim for a year. I would inflate it every few day and it would be flat by the end of the week. Whenever I took it to other wheel repair shop I was told it as the tire(or vice versa). Brought my car here and the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly.In addition to this he removed and reattached my tire in a torrential down pour (I felt really bad for not thinking about that). Despite this I was treated with nothing but respect despite the fact I significantly inconvenienced him at 8:30am.
