Muokwelu Peter: Wouldn't trust this company near your home. They use brushes on your home; and if you have oxidation, it will leave scratch looking marks from them rubbing it off. Techs are not properly trained, not professional... look like they got picked up from the entrance at Home Depot. Pricing is higher than others, and their response time is lacking. Look elsewhere!!!
Daniel Keys: Hired Clean Machine to wash my mothers home. 3 guys showed up. One guy was washing, one guy was on his phone, and the other was in and out of the truck taking smoke breaks. We waited over 2 weeks for them to come, and it wasn't a professional cleaning at all. Pricing was more than others, which I thought made sense for how long they have been in business and the scrubbing process of the house. But now there are strange lines on my mothers home after they left. I've tried calling Mike back, but doesn't pick up my calls. Very dissapointed... wouldn't recommend.

Laura Maspo: We have always been hesitant to have our house power washed but after a recent renovation we decided to explore the options. We asked many people including our neighbors and colleagues at work and the name that came up over and over again was Clean Machine Power Wash. I called for an estimate and Mike came out on a Sunday to check out my house. I called in late June to make an appointment and because it’s their busy season I had till wait till the first week in August, which was fine with me. Mark , Ray, and Rosenberg came to my house and did a phenomenal job. They were very careful with the washing and the amount of chemicals they used, very courteous and extremely professional. When doing a walk around for the finished product we noticed one window frame area that needed to be redone. Mark and his team carefully recleaned the whole area to a sparkling shine. They neatly packed up their truck and made sure everything was in order on my property. My neighbor called me that evening to say my house looked amazing! Thank you for a job well done.

bret soja: We’ve utilized Western Mass Prowash multiple times now, in 2018/19 to do our gutters, siding, and algae treat our roof.Then again this past month for gutters and siding. I can’t speak for everyone if the cost is of good value because we honestly haven’t searched for a competing service.But for my family and our family home WMProwash has absolutely been worth it. The algae treatment to our roof is still going strong, and their efficiency onsite speaks to their experience in the application of their service; quick but thorough. As a disabled vet who’s accident prone, getting our home’s exterior and gutters cleaned up in the spring is always a daunting task, but its a relief to know that we can trust WMProwash to get it done right the first time, every-time. We will absolutely continue to use their services in the future!

As new homeowners with two young kids, having our gutters cleaned in the spring was not on our radar. Then we had a huge rainstorm and rain poured down the side of the house and through the living room window. I called Steve the next morning and he came by that same afternoon to do the thorough cleaning we should have called him to do ahead of time. We’ve had some trouble with the gutters since then and he’s been responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend his services.

Greg Barber: BUYER BEWARE: It was not disclosed to us prior to the wash that the tech only uses a chemical that is sprayed on, and the pressure wash, no brushes. When completed, it was clear that the violet colored oxidation on our blue siding was not removed. I took a white paper towel, and with minimal effort, I removed the oxidation. I called and explained that they did not clean the oxidation off our siding. It was then that I was told that they do not use brushes. The tech stated that he could not make money if he had to brush the oxidation off. He further disclosed that he does not even power wash oxidation because it will leave streaks. I asked why he calls his business Extreme Exterior Cleaning when they do not do a complete job. All I received was an apology. I had scheduled EEC to clean my gutters. I cancelled the service, telling him I had no confidence in him doing a professional cleaning of my gutters. I told him I would not recommend him to anyone. Again, he only said he was sorry. This is only rinsing, not extreme cleaning.

andrew chiong: When my experience started off with a minor scheduling hiccup, my initial reaction was to be alittle doubtful about this company. Well, I was totally wrong. They immediately called to reschedule for the next time slot and when Mike got here, he immediately gave me a run down as to what he was going to do. He told me about some of the brick veneers and how delicate they were and he would not blast them too hard to not damage them. He told me exactly what the job entailed and how he would leave everything looking like new again. Mike is very thorough with his work and was able to remove years of buildup on my pavers and retaining walls.I was so impressed with his work that I had him come back a few days later to clean my driveway wall as well. He stands by his work and is very thorough. On top of that, he was very pleasant to talk to . We spoke about everything from our kids, school, cars, motorcycles and life overall.If you want a company that does an excellent job and is thorough with their power washing services, this is the company to go with. He even gave me pointers as to what to do once a year to keep the pavers and walls looking like new. Greatly appreciated Mike and his company.
Barilav: Mike from NJ Power Cleaners did a great job cleaning our gutters. When Mike showed up, he went over every detail with me and explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. He even took pics with his cell phone and showed me what my gutters looked like and how much they were filled with debris (and some tennis balls, water bottles and a frisbee....I have young kids).
